My experience at Advent Health hospital in Parker CO was very good. I was seen in the Emergency Department promptly. My discomfort and fever were addressed promptly and effectively. Respiratory Therapy also assessed my needs. Discharge instructions were detailed and explained. Everyone was kind, caring and professional. I am very appreciative of the excellent care I received from every caregiver and support person. Thank you so much for ensuring my recovery!

Referred to ER at this hospital and all interactions with nursing and doctor staff were timely and helpful as a prior urgent care facility had not interpreted an issue correctly. All handled expeditiously and I was on my way home. Welcomed hearing prayers over the PA system as it is reassuring when journeying through a medical event.

I came in to this ER for my first time ever in my adult life. Do not come here if you want to figure out what is wrong or you need life saving treatment. Break time and getting off work are their doctors and nurses only concern and it will outweigh your life if they are really tired or hungry. The doctor and nurse acted annoyed that I was even in there facility because it was 4 am. I thought I was having a heart attack and maybe my kidneys were infected. I told them I had a cough that I had a fever for 5 days and that I was covered in a rash. They said oh ok we will figure out what's going on and assured me on doing so. They took 4 large viles of my blood and 2 small ones. They took a x ray of my lungs and gave me a breathing treatment. Then they left the blood on the table and never came to get it. Hours later a new doctor came in saying the others ones left and that he had no clue what was going on. He then re-asked me what was wrong with me then said everything was fine on their side with the blood work and I asked him to look at my throat. He quickly for maybe for .01 second looked and so nope it's good. They gave me two bags one of fluids and one of steroids. I didn't get either because my blood filled the line and because they didn't hook it up right and the other bag just leaked all over the floor, I didn't even get any of it. So after a complete shit show the new nurse comes in and sais they need more blood and that doing blood pulls twice is normal. All this after leaving the other 6 bottles of blood on the table that they never took! They got freaked out about how bad they were doing and said ok your perfectly healthy and we are going to discharge. Never once got a sheet that said more that what my vitals were. Nothing on any of the lung xray nothing on my blood work. 2 days later I go to a actual doctor and then figure out I have scarlet fever. 4 doctors, all under the age of 30, couldn't figure this out at parker Adventist but boy their lunch break sure looked good and sounded like they have a blast at their break times. Really sad it will take one person to video record what goes on in this hospital to get them shut down or under a different company for now if you want to die from whatever you have go to parker Adventist so you can get charged a bunch for them to tell someone with a very serious bacterial virus that they are perfectly healthy!!

The ER receptionist was able to check me in quickly. My nurse was caring and helpful. The staff members that ran tests were kind, quick and explained what they were doing. All went as well as could be expected in the ER.

I received awful hospitality right away from person at the registration. She asked for my ID and gave me an attitude when I had a hard time getting my wallet. My hand was bleeding. I regret going there that night. All I got was a piece of tape on the wound, no ointment, not even anti-bacteria/disinfectant, no wound cleaning, I’m not quite sure this is the standard care. Not going there again if it is my choice.

Went to the ER after falling. Taken to a room immediately, and the medical staff began taking vitals, changing into hospital gown, ecg, iv all initiated within 5 minutes of arrival. MRI and X-ray results within the first hour. Someone checked in with me about every 10 minutes although I spent 7 hours in the ER. Everyone was concerned and supportive.

Horrible experience. Went in there last night (9/23/2024) around 7:30 with extreme pain and fractured rib from a fall while walking my dog. Told them that the impact was so intense that I felt passing out for a moment and that I was on blood thinners and had trouble getting up for about 3-5 minutes after the fall due to feeling dizzy. They showed no concern about an internal head and neck bleeding with blood thinners. They took in an apparently perfectly healthy lady, that checked in right after me, without any signs of any health issues as she was running around normal and was not in pain at all. I may totally be wrong here but it definitely felt like racism due to my name. I asked them how long was the wait and the answer was plain "we don't know. It's in the hands of nurses". I requested to talk to a nurse to let them know how much pain I was in and all my medical conditions keeping me on blood thinners. I was told the only option I had was to wait in the lobby. So I decided to leave and wen to a different ER (AdventHealth Southlands) where they immediately became concerned of internal bleeding and I was taken in right away and found to have fractured rib.

Wow, the wait time was minimal; the wait was maybe less than 10 minutes. After going back into the room the doctor was in to see my son with a few minutes as well.

Overall, the staff including security offered top notch service with a smile and humor. The wait times were low, and I felt involved in my son’s treatment plan.
