Absolutely terrible experience at this ER. My husband was seen for arm pain after a fall back in November. The PA barely did a physical exam. We were never seen by a doctor. They missed the fracture that is very clearly seen on his Xray and told him it was just a sprain. Asked for a shoulder sling at least for comfort and was told he couldn't get one. Now we are getting billed for the negligent physician group in addition to the ER copay we already paid as well as the orthopedic visits needed so that he could get an appropriate splint for his fracture. We will not be coming back here.

I was seen within 5 minutes of walking, had an xray done within 20 minutes, saw the doctor within 30 minutes. I’ve never had such a speedy experience at a hospital before. Very impressed and I don’t say that often. Sergio was my nurse, he was kind, caring, and went out of his way to get me food once my appetite came back which helped my bp go up lol. You can tell he cares for his patients and that’s hard to find now a days. Thank you Sergio & staff.

Absolute horrible experience! Was here for 5 hours. Never asked if we needed anything, blanket, pillow,water? Dr never came in to update us after the initial visit. Saw the nurse 3 times in 5 hours. They were great in the first hour everyone was running and placing catheters and getting scans done, but after that nothing, total silence. Finally came in with no definite answer for our problem and didn't even go over bloodwork results before walking out again to discharge us. Never took the iv catheter out, we had to do it ourselves!! Very disappointed!! 5 hours and no answers!

I do not recommend AdventHealth for any of your medical needs. The doctors are dismissive and uneducated at best. The nurses don’t care about the patients. I was very scared about my health, but instead got told I was “anxious” and got sent home. I was back in the ER not even a month later with the SAME issue. I am now seeing the Mayo Clinic to get my health sorted. AdventHealth is expensive beyond belief, too. One of the worst emergency departments I have ever been to. It is the only one in the area, which is troubling.

Came here yesterday for sore throat, they took care of me really good but I left one of my personal belongings by mistake ( I was tired and by myself) and the location till now shows up it still inside this particular location. Came to the front desk asked to a nice security lady but didn’t got much help at all, i got told they didn’t find it and they couldn’t do nothing, got left with a sorry and that’s it. But what about my stuff that costs me money and it still showing on “find my” live that it is still inside ? I even offered my phone so the security can walk around and check if she hears the sound or the screen shakes when she gets close by but not even that they wanted to do 🤦🏻‍♀️😭

Tuesday night had a mishap in the kitchen and needed to see a doctor. They got me in pretty quickly, treated me with respect, then sent me on my way in just a little under two hours. Thank you Advent Health for being there when I needed you most. Christine the head nurse was great even taking a few minutes before leaving for the day to check up on me.

Awful. They will swindle you for as much money as possible. Take advantage of you to the maximum degree. Avoid at all costs.

I made it clear I did not have an emergency, and that I wasn't sure about where I should be going. Instead of showing some moral backbone and directing me to an urgent care, they took me in refusing to mention any pricing.

The doctor that saw me wasn't even able to actually diagnose my issue (eye strain).

And Advent and the doctor had the audacity to charge me the full amount they could anyways.

Terrible customer interaction all around, horribly outdated system for appeals and complaints. I had to send a paper letter and never heard back.

I paid my bill because I'm fortunate enough that I can and I don't want to wallow in my genuine hatred for the pathetic people that support this company.

If you are reading this review and you have an emergency, please still go if it's your only choice. If it isn't an emergency, please, go literally anywhere else. These people only have greed in their hearts and will take advantage of you.

I took my Mother In Law here this week for abdominal pain.
I was permitted to stay with her, which was a comfort to both of us.
Mask were mandatory for both us.
This is one of the cleanest medical places I have ever seen!
The staff is friendly as can be, including the security.
We was In and out in under an hour.
Plenty of parking and easy access from the road.
