What a great experience! I had two nurses named Lauren and one helped deliver my baby and the other helped me manage my pain before giving birth! They both were outstanding! I had the pleasure of having midwife Kim present to help deliver the baby as well she stepped in to help in the restoration of my body once baby was out and she did amazing! I appreciate this hospital and the experience they gave me! I had the pleasure of having pediatric nurses who were knowledgeable I cannot remember their names but I want them to know I appreciate their care for me and baby! All my nurses on duty were amazing they deserve all the praise as well everyone made sure they made me comfortable and my pain was managed. I had a tech name tevia Hope I’m spelling her name right and Stephanie whom were both amazing at helping me make sure baby latched when feeding and swaddled my baby like pros!! Overall I could not have asked for a better experience ! All meals were delivered with love! Baby got a birthday cake and bag! Everything was just great! 😊 Thank you to all the staff there!!

Beautiful facility and friendly staff. They made me feel immediately cared for and attended to. Every single person I met while there introduced themselves and what their purpose was; this was very calming. They also all bid me well upon their departure from my room. Most asked me if I had any questions before leaving. It was just THE most pleasant experience in an ER ever! The attending physician was also astute, caring and helpful.

My experience was very satisfactory at the emergency room. Everything went smoothly. Everybody was polite, professional and dedicated. The facilities are excellent. I was there for only the amount of time expected for my problem. There was not overcrowding. I will certainly go back if I have to… I hope not!!!!

Advent Health hospital in Wesley Chapel is a wonderful hospital. This particular Saturday.They were at capacity in the ER and had people overflowing into little make shift areas in the hallways. The staff are always professional and friendly and they triage quickly. I gave this a 4 rating only because initially when taking my blood, it was a bit painful - probably not in my vein well. They were going to start an IV and I asked him to stop. Another nurse later on put in my IV and I was fine. Overall the whole experience was great.

Advent Health was excellent. The Med techs, Pete and I can't remember the others name, and the PA Jena Breene that took care of my daughter very well. My daughter broke her finger and it broke open skin and the bone was not in the proper place, but PA Jena put it back it to place pretty good and reset it until we saw the hand specialist. They worked fast and efficient and got us discharged quickly. I was very happy with the care she received. Definitely recommended to others, this hospital is great!

I am a physician and I treat patients for a living. Have been doing it for the last 25 yrs.
If you want to be treated in the waiting room WITHOUT SEEING A DOCTOR, go to advantage health Wesley Chapel
They claim they are super busy with 3 patients in the whole ER and NONE of the patients went in to be evaluated after almost 2 hours of waiting

They have no idea what busy is and no idea how to treat emergencies

They started having irrelevant orders put in AGAIN WITHOUT SEEING A PHYSICIAN

I could tell they are wasting time and did not have an idea about when my sick daughter will be evaluated

I had to take my daughter to another hospital

If you are in severe emergency and you have to go there may God help you!! but if you have a choice, DO NOT GO THERE!

Front desk tech or nurse was nice the rest of the experience is horrible

Everyone that I encountered was polite, respectful and very helpful. Everything was explained to me completely. I felt confident with my diagnosis. I would definitely not hesitate to go there again for medical help.

Can’t say enough good about my experience at the ER. Not a single complaint about anything from the check in process to the discharge. I was treated by Dr. Yonteck and Jena Breen, PA-C. It was so comforting to feel I could put 100% trust in them both. I truly felt like they cared about me and confident that they covered all the bases as far as treatment and diagnosis. I have lived in Florida for 4 years and can honestly say this is my first encounter with health care that didn’t terrify me. Past experience with other medical issues in Florida have left me feeling like I really needed to travel out of state if I wanted competent medical care. This experience has changed that. Very grateful to now be a part of the Advent Health Care System.
