Took my 11 month old son and my brother in law to this facility. The physicians, nurses and paramedics were compassionate, explained everything that was happening every step of the way. I felt comfortable knowing that they had the backing a hospital, just in case either needed an admission! Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this place too many times to count for alcohol withdrawals, dehydration and on occasion panic attacks because I can never get into a detox on time. I’d say 90% of my experiences here have been positive because the nurses and most doctors have treated me with compassion when I really needed it. There’s an older nurse there that I can tell doesn’t like me that much but I chalk it up to she’s tired of seeing my ass in for the same thing all the time. One doctor tried to scam me with surprise billing a year ago, his name being Nathan Cleveland btw so yeah that guy sucks. Every other time people just treat me professionally and with dignity when I’m going through what I feel is like torture.

Professionals there are nice, unfortunately other reviews on billing are true. Girlfriend and I were there for 3 hours, had an MRI and CT scan done and the bill came out to $43,000.

Their online website price calculator (that includes insurance) claims an estimated price of $515 for an MRI. We were billed over $6,700 just for that MRI, and ~$8k for CT Scan when online shows a maximum charge of $400. $17,000+ just for admission to the ER. Easily 10-15x the estimated price for every single service compared to their website.

I followed up with their billing department and customer service for 2 hrs+ at this point, NOBODY could answer why these amounts differed so much and would not adjust our bill whatsoever. They hide behind “these are the contracted rates with insurance” even though their online calculator factors in insurance and is still 10-15x off. Also they wouldn’t share what those contracted rates were for comparison to the website.

Like I said, the people that gave us service were very nice, but we are never going back to this location and would advise everyone else to steer clear as well due to erratic pricing and lack of justification/adjustment after hours of conversation.

It’s unfortunate that this place has so many bad reviews because we had the exact opposite experience. We haven’t been billed yet though, so fingers crossed. I brought my dad in and there was no wait, he was seen right away. The nurse and Dr were beyond amazing. Very nice, attentive and thorough. My dad ended up getting transferred and admitted at the hospital and we are so grateful for this ER team that made the process easy. I wish I remembered the Dr and nurse’s names (nurse’s name started with a D), but they were outstanding and I’m grateful for their kindness towards my dad.

This ER used to be pretty solid. They rebranded, and oh man what a mess. The doctors and nurses are great. But their billing is unhinged. I came in for some chest pain. They took a CT scan. I was on my way. Bill came in from my insurance: $32,570.

I’m still making sense of this. I’ve had surgeries that were less expensive than this 2 hour visit. I don’t know how they can get away with charging this much as an ER. There must be some regulations here they aren’t abiding by.

I’ll be working with my insurance to figure this out. This would bankrupt most people. Do not come here. Go literally anywhere else.

The care I received was just fine however I was there because I was having a panick attack and the radiology tech, Cassie, treated me without dignity or respect. She needs to be a corrections officer instead of in patient care.

They also had my information incorrect and never bothered to fix it. Also, any other time I've been to an urgent care or any other medical facility, I've been followed up with to make sure I was recovering appropriately regardless of the ailment. They did not bother once to check up on me or send me any documentation of my medical records. For being a nicer facility, they definitely do not display a standard amount of care for their patients.

DO NOT GO HERE!
They will over charge you and force you to pay for it! The Doctors are rude and forceful on treatments. Even when you tell them your not comfortable with the treatment they will get you in the end and BILL THE HIGHEST AMOUNT POSSIBLE!
Our bill with insurance was over $2500.00 THIS IS NOT RIGHT!
We reached out to them to correct this and they stuck by the decision to over charge you!
Please find another ER and better staff and doctors.

Went in with back pain. No X-rays or MRI, they gave me a shot of toradol and 5mg Valium, I was there for 30 minutes and they send me a non-itemized bill for almost 5000 dollars. Will definitely get an itemized bill before I pay a single cent!
