I was there for 3 days. During my stay I had two amazing, caring, and attentive. I really appreciated these two because I am not an easy patient . So grateful for Kat and Jenn on T4. My view was very nice as well. My only complaint was the food..

Being Canadian we were so impressed with this hospital. Although very busy they made sure they all tests were thoroughly done and the care was exceptional. Very professional and organized and we are at ease that if we need medical attention away from home, this is the hospital to attend.

I was seen immediately by a tech to get vital signs and reason for my visit.
Overall my wait times were acceptable based on the fact that my condition was not serious.
Everyone was very nice and friendly. I feel I got very good care.
I will not hesitate to use them again if I need help.

I was a patient there for 22 days. I got excellent, excellent care. All the nurses and the doctors were wonderful and I can't think of a single complaint I would have. My husband is in there now. He has pneumonia like I did and he's very happy with his nurses and the doctor s. I was there to see him earlier. We'd prefer your hospital over any other hospital in the area

The entire staff was so kind and caring. Was a great experience. However, when I called the next day to ask to switch medication cause of my swallowing issue the person who answered said the charge nurse said no, I tried to explain the taste is horrific since I need to crush my pills die to jaw surgery. I asked to get a message to the doctor but was told it’s not possible to reach the doctors. So I’m stuck with this terrible taste.

Not a kid friendly place at all. My fiance brought our daughter in to be seen as she's not feeling well and is very cranky. He just was kicked out the the patient rooms and told they cannot have her (she's one years old and not feeling well) back there because she's screaming and crying and being too loud. What do you expect a one year old who is not feeling good to be doing? Instead of trying to offer medicine that would make her feel better, a snack, or something to drink. They very rudely told him to go wait in the lobby. Will be going to peewee kids instead from now !

This ER had a very very tiny area separated by curtains. It smelled HORRIBLE like an ashtray. I was so close to other people it's possible I was smelling a heavy smoker. The nurses and Dr was nice. I still went home feeling horrible with no answers. They sent meds to pharmacy I can't take due to telling them I'm allergic to it. They dx me w/something even though that definitely wasn't what was wrong w/me.

I was very pleased with the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff! Everyone was very polite from the time I walked into the door until I left. I loved the fact that I was not there all day, and the staff provided me with A1 service!
