My experience was great, I went for a bad ear infection, I just waited for 15-20 min in the waiting room, the nurses and doctor were very clear with indications, they gave me medicine until I get my prescription. I was in the hospital for an hour or so. Thank you everyone!(I think they now taking care about the bad reviews, and I’m glad about it)

I had a piece of glass in my foot and they took x-rays of my foot then the doctor said yes there is glass and it's right there but we can't take it out becuz I don't know how to do that. Wtf I came home and my 23 daughter just uses a safety pen and blade it was right there like a splitter. I don't like this place but it's the only place in delano. They need better doctors. Staff was amazing

Don’t go here unless you’re ready to die! They didn’t help my stepdad and were so rude to us while he was dying! Also another relative died there this month. If you value your life go to Tulare county hospitals.

Had the worst experience today with Milton Kamansky, said my business out loud to other people nearby where everyone could hear, the corrections officer even turned around because he was talking so loud, and on top of that treated me as if I was a kid and was extremely disrespectful, I’m not surprised to see another review describing the same type of behavior from the same person, Dr. Moerke was way more helpful and easy to work with while this guy made it extremely difficult to get my point and concerns across. This person should not be a PA, if I talked to him with the same tone he talked to me, Id be escorted out

Just took my mom here and was very happy! Even though I was incorrect, and they delivered potentially bad news.. I feel better knowing all the tests were ran and appreciate all the other information we received.
the nurses and even the security, were awesome and relayed all my questions, and took good care of my mother ❤️
Moms nurse was Michelle., Michelle was amazing and made this ER visit a breeze, so thank you so much for the thoughtful and thorough care we received!

Inadequate place to go to in an emergency with unprofessional and rude people, not true they take it serious when they say that our health comes first after been treated they way I was treated today!
Rude ladies at the emergency entrance behind the glass. Worse hospital and poor management. These people should be trained for peoples skills. There is a reason people talk bad about this hospital.
These employees think that they can talk and treat people however they want because there is only one hospital in this town, but I rather drive to another city and receive greater service than this trash of place that we have in town.

I was there today. And I felt completely judged. And the Dr. I saw completely pushed me to the side and accused me of using amphetamines and benzos which I swear to God I do NOT do! He has NO idea what I've been through or am going through or ANYTHING about me for that matter or I promise he woulda checked his attitude. He didn't even try to talk to me or hear me out. Mind you he said this in front of EVERYONE so that is violating the Hippa law which is a HUGE lawsuit in itself so sucks for him and inturn he will lose his licence which maybe he should if hes making people feel this way. Trust me I KNOW my rights. I was so hurt I left there HYSTERICAL. I've seen a lotta Dr.s in my day do to lupus and being sick my whole life, I even had a wish from the make a wish foundation . So I know a good Dr. From a fake one. This Dr. Was so condescending, inconsiderate and rude. And his vibe was fake right off the bat, he didn't really care. He already had a pre conceived notion about me which I find hilarious because that just shows the type of Dr he truly is so he's just telling on himself. But what he doesn't realize is God sees him and we will all be judged one day for our behavior and how we treat people. He didn't even care to listen to what has been goin on with me. He flat out said I DON'T EVEN CARE (about what I had to say about my urine tests). I was trying to tell him the stuff I was taking for my symptoms because I didn't know what to do. And that was "sudefed" which I had been taking the last week and I guess can pop up as a false positive for amphetamines 🤦🤷 and some Flonase. I had to take Dramamine for the dizziness and apparently my Prozac can show up as a false positive for bezos which was confirmed by the hospital itself prior. He said I had vertigo and I appreciate the tests he did. But when he accused me of using drugs that was IT. I WILL report a Dr. I am NOT afraid. People in this world need NICE Doctors. The rudeness is a TERRIBLE look. And I WILL fight to get those type of Doctors out of the medical field and believe me it will catch up because only so many people are going to allow this ridiculous condescending treatment and behavior. Honestly it's childish. The truth ALWAYS comes out. And Tomorrow I will be calling to see who the Dr. Was that I saw because he never told me his name even. My bracelet says "Alex H." But then when I asked the security guard he told me a different name I believe he said "Dr Milton" but don't quote me on that so I'm not quite positive. He was a bald Caucasian man probably mid 40s. And I will be reporting him and writing numerous reviews on his bed side manner. Reality will catch up with all of us and God does NOT like injustice. Now I NEVER wanna come here again because I will just feel judged even More when before and that's THEIR fault and NOT ok! Now the nurse I had heard me out when I asked to speak to someone and I appreciate her SO much. I don't remember her name but she listened and let me cry. All I wanted was to be heard and she heard me and for that I am SO grateful for her! I hope she sees this and knows that. Besides him (the Dr. I had) I HAVE had good Drs in the past so I DO appreciate THEM. But I do NOT appreciate injustice!

Time of arrival 11:17 pm 4/28/24 Worse place to go to an emergency room don't come here they well leave you in the waiting room for 6 hours untill u leave they don't care about you at all . I was here seeing people in pain hurt bleeding and nothing being done . And don't give me that bull ,Reach my attorney I feel neglected and my symptoms have gotten worse. still waiting 4:51am 4/29/24 I feel like they are gaslighting me from getting medical treatment
