Hey guys just wanted to bring attention to what happened in the hospital yesterday. It was quarantined because some guy collapsed to the floor after bleeding out of his mouth and such, something like that. Please bring honesty and awareness to the community about the situation once investigations are finished.

This place has been so kind and caring every time I've been here. There is a lot of waiting if you're not in immediate danger of dying, but they do their best. I appreciate everyone who works there

My family and I have been to this ER three times within the past 2 years and the service and care have exceeded our expectations every time. They were so friendly and personable, especially to my toddler. They listened to us and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. By far the best Emergency department I've been acquainted with! If it was socially acceptable to stop in to the ER just to say hi, I would.

I was seen and treated here, I was so impressed by the entire staff. First of all, thank you to my amazing nurses, the front desk, the lab and x-ray techs, and Dr. Pingree! I showed up in bad shape, without insurance, and was treated with courtesy and respect. I was triaged immediately due to a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction and shortness of breath. The nurse who treated me was kind and attentive, and the staff was still at work despite many having been evacuated from their homes or unable to go to their homes due to the snow storms. I am so appreciative of you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care and guidance in financially navigating the aftermath of my ER visit.

Absolute worst hospital I have ever been to in my entire life. I have never been spoken to so poorly by a "professional" in my life. I wouldn't send my dog here for medical treatment. The women in the ER need a serious attitude check. Next time I will be driving the almost 2 hours to Modesto and I suggest anyone else with medical issues do the same if they want to treated respectfully or be seen by someone who knows what they're doing. All the bad things you hear about this place are true, I DO NOT RECCOMEND!

I got taken by ambulance here. The EMT was actually pretty cool. However, the hospital was dirty and staff was RUDE. A nurse told be to sit up, but it hurt severely, so I said I couldn't but the nurse raised her voice at me. I guess it's best to thank the hospital for their service anyway, though. Unfortunately it's the only nearby hospital to anything in the area. Bummer.

I should of read the reviews before taking my spouse to the Sonora ER. I received nothing but disrespect and judgement from the ER nurse (Hope). I suggested to the nurse and her line manager that global training should be provided to the ER staff running the show. To make a long sad story short-- My spouse was released at ~1 am. I spoke to the nurse and she made a snide judgemental comment that I should hydrate myself. As we left the facility both my spouse and I noticed a Sonora police car hiding in the parking lot waiting for us to leave the facility. My spouse and I both got into the car and drove a few yards. We were stopped by the police officer and I was asked to take a test for DUI. I passed the test and told the police officer that nurse Hope from the ER reported me as being DUI to harass me (I felt unsafe due to feeling like I was being stalked by both police and the Sonora ER staff. The cop mentioned ER called in to report me as being under the influence of alcohol). The next day I called Hope's line manager and explained to him that Hope was out of line by judging me and calling the police on me. Hope called me "Goffey". I provided feedback to him that if Hope had empathetic concern for my spouse (patient) and me (I was the support system who drove the patient home) then why did she not suggest that we take a taxi or Uber/Lyft home? I never received a call back from her line manager to provide me her story, therefore I figured that the Sonora ER is not open to feedback for improvement and therefore not a safe place to bring your loved ones or yourself for care. I strongly believe the nurse was judgemental and nasty to me by calling the police on me--shame on all of you for putting me through a scary experience. The front desk staff treated me with homophobia, and I gave her feedback of my concern on the spot. Patient beware.
