The (corporate )staff higher-ups of st helena hospital needs to know how the emergency room doctor & nurse treated a patient. 12:45am I woke up with so much pressure in my ear it was effecting both ears and head pain. The front desk lady was kind and supportive. My ear problem was an emergency I had a Q Tip cotton ball fall off in my ear I believed it got stuck
My ENT doctor from lake county sent out for cat scan but he too wasn't very professional and didn't send out the medical code right so I lost my cat scan we can't get a hold of him for 2 weeks a holiday vacation I'm bipolar distorter and my mind was never gonna settle down until someone saw in my whole entire ear witch was causing me severe panic attack, heart pain, cold and hot feeling.

My Nurse from lake county said to go to the emergency room if it got worse and it did my other ear was now feeling pressure.

St Helena staff break down .

Front desk lady was wonderful and caring.

Nurse RUDE wasn't taking real notes just on a sticky pad saying come on !!! who's been digging in your ears ?! Wow!! I told her what happened how it was fast and unexpected she's like ur digging in your ears aren't u? I said I'm not even gonna respond to something weird like that u don't speak to people in pain like THAT! Didn't tell me my readings just blamed me for my emergency WOW.

DR don't know his name because he didn't introduce himself he walked in I was crying he said what going on? I said I have something in my ear or don't know why. Before he looked into my ear he said there's nothing In your ear I said u haven't looked yet please don't treat me like that please look he looks in my ear for few seconds says you shouldn't of come here at 3am for this I'm discharging you. I said I don't feel ok please help I can't believe u said that then he said I didn't say that you're a manipulative person then my head was pounding in disbelief the lack of professional information withheld from me he was making my anxiety worse he then told me do not come to this hospital at 3am for an ear emergency WOW should be fired spent less then 2 mins with me didn't ask me any medical questions like how I'm feeling, what's the pain, just he's done told me ur discharged.

My emergency was real he was being lazy wants an easy check all he cared about is his money not providing health care.

Manager: came out said what is it that u want me to do?. My uncle told him medication for anxiety and a cat scan her ENT doctor wanted it's emergency 7 days and it was getting unbearable please get a emergency cat scan he said no we discussed everything how I should not be treated this way and I could hardly look at him because his behavior was just like the doctor except the manager laughed at me i have my son with me i know that hurt my son when he laughed at my pain and struggles I'm not surprised he then lied to me and my family I had my uncle there I was not able to drive because the situation the manager lied to my whole family said he was gonna get a referral be back instead he sent security to throw us out that then offend my uncle my uncle got really upset.

We left went to Queen of the valley where the emergency room took excellent care of me and my family.

I was given a blanket and fresh water with anxiety medicine told me my oxygen was good that help me tremendously and relaxed me.

From there I was given a cat scan they put me in a room to let me sleep with the lights off it was so soothing and welcoming from there multiple staff checking on me made a world of a difference.

The scan came back negative and this weight lifted off of me
I'm sending doctor Becky flowers and the staff ASAP.

All of that should of been available at st helena hospital emergency room.

I just think it's sad when doctors abuse and misuse their medical license just so it's easier money and no work.

It was 12-22-23 at 3am u should look into that Doctor immediately I spent less then 2 mins with him he told me I should not have ever come to st Helena emergency room.

Now radiation is saying they couldn't see us because we were 10 mins late and registration takes a half hour which is a bold face lie. I do this all the time it takes 5-10 mins to register someone
