Problem was with my eyelids, waited 3 hours to see a doctor and without even machine examining, got told this is not our(eye) problem, it’s a skin problem. I understand there’s the system or agenda at a&e. But efficiency wise, could have told me earlier in the stage that I don’t have to wait this long. Bear in mind on the 111 nhs website, eyelids problem fell into the category of eyes. So didn’t see anything wrong with coming to an eye hospital at first.

The reception staff, nurses, and doctors here have been exceptional—kind, helpful, patient, and professional. There's nothing scarier than facing a medical emergency while on a business trip, but after my two visits, I not only began to recover but also felt reassured by the staff's calming presence and confidence that everything would be okay. Their support has been fantastic. Thank you!

Excellent service provided by the staff at Moorfields A&E for my 6 year old late at night. From the friendly receptionist, to the lovely triage nurse and the efficient doctor who had great rapport with my daughter, all provided such a wonderful service. Thank you for all the hard work you do. Five stars all around !

We were told over the phone that children (i.e. our 20mo toddler) are prioritized. After registration and waiting for 2h, we were told everyone gets the same priority and it's a 4h wait. Despite the increasing cries of pain from our baby.

Some power-tripping technician, named Ryan, kept harassing us, taking it upon himself to set rules about who can sit where and what sections need to be closed down. 0 empathy on his side. Staff believes he is not well mentally. He shouldn't be working in an A&E, will file an official complaint. DON'T GO TO THIS HOSPITAL

Waiting time was terrible Waiting from 4:30 till 11 o'clock for looking in to my eye and give me a eye drop that terrible service for a A&E emergency service provided by NHS i know no one will look to this revenue and considering something that's the sistem every one has to wait minimum 4 hours that's stupid for our taxes that gov paying their wages that's frustrating

The receptionist was so rude and she can’t control her anger at the patient. I’m not the patient but I fell sorry to people who got treated like that.

I attended Moorfields A&E and received brilliant service from start to finish! George the triage practitioner was amazing and patient. The doctor Mustafa was thorough, and extremely professional, he listened to my story, and then explained what was wrong and which medication would need prescribing.

I was finally seen by a lady who gave me the medication and explained how to use it.
I must have been there for just over an hour in all and I was blown away by the exceptional quality of knowledge and level of service given. Thank you all for your professionalism and for being there on Christmas day! 😊
