Dr. York was very patient an understanding while working with Jessie the last few days of his life. He couldn't have had a better Dr. Words can’t express what that means to me. I will be forever grateful. He is now with his life long friend King who we lost on Easter. They will always be in my heart.

We had a really good experience at the Allied Veterinary Clinic in Brooklyn Park. Our older dog had her spleen removed and required some post op care. The team was really thoughtful and helpful and smart. I appreciated their care and compassion. After we brought her home I had a couple of medication questions. When I called back they were helpful and more than willing to advise. I hope we don't need an ER anytime soon, but if we do, I would drive the extra miles to this location. The other locations might be just as great, I just don't have personal experience.

After a long 6 year battle with hyperthyroid disease, my Husband and I had to make the difficult decision to let our sweet girl Buddha go. We were blessed with spending 17 and a half amazing years with her. She was truly just the best little kitty and we will miss her dearly. The staff at Allied Emergency were so compassionate and patient with us through the entire process. They made sure we spent as much time as we wanted with her to say our goodbyes, and her passing was so peaceful. It's everything we could have wanted for her and for us at such a difficult time. We know she left this world feeling so deeply loved and cared for. Thank you to the staff for treating us with such kindness. We would definitely come back if any emergency needs arise with our other pets.

Our dog came in on a Saturday night in critical condition and they were able to see him in under an hour which was a huge relief. Other places were backed up 3-4 hours. He stayed a couple nights and is back feeling great. They call multiple times a day about your pets well being and you’re able to go in and visit your pet if they stay for a longer period of time. The only thing that’s a bit heartbreaking is if you can’t pay out of pocket immediately they send your animal home despite their condition. My partner and I were able to pay, but it hurt me thinking that if we couldn’t then they’d send us home with our critically ill dog. This has no bearing on how great the nurses and doctors are. They were all really helpful and kind. We would go back in a heartbeat if something like this were to happen again.

Our regular vet saw our 12 year old Dandie Dinmont Terrier and immediately referred us to the Allied team due to concerns of a surgical emergency. Immediately as we walked in the door, the team at the front desk recognized how sick our dog was and rushed her back into a treatment room. We met with Dr. Rabe a few minutes later and he let us know what his thoughts were. Our dog was clearly in need of surgery, but required some additional stabilization before they could proceed. He walked us through what he believed was likely going on and his recommendations. After some IV fluids, medications and a blood transfusion, our ‘baby’ was ready for surgery - and had perked up from her ‘limp noodle’ state that she arrived in. We had arrived right before the team’s shift change. Dr. Rabe was done with his shift, but was kind to stay and operate with his oncoming partner Dr. York. They did an amazing job and were able to remove the bleeding spleen and tumor that was identified. Our dog recovered overnight and we picked her up the next morning. We had regular calls from the vets letting us know how our dog was progressing. She is still recovering, but is already so much improved from when we arrived at this facility less than 24 hours earlier. The entire team from every member of the front desk team, the techs and the emergency vets were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this team. Thank You All!!

I have never needed to take a pet to an emergency clinic, so I was concerned about the wait time, cost, etc. when it appeared that a previously unknown cyst ruptured on my cat's foot over the weekend. I was very impressed with the professionalism, great care, and compassion shown by all of the staff. The wait time was estimated at 1-2 hours when I called ahead, but my cat was taken back for vitals after maybe only 10-15 minutes. Each staff member clearly communicated what was happening, made recommendations for care, and gave me all of the information I needed in order to make decisions for my cat. All in all, the staff set all my worries to rest and gave us the best care possible. They even made a happy birthday sign for her! (Her birthday was the day after our visit.) Emergency services are never cheap, but I felt that we received care and peace of mind that was worth the money paid. Thank you so much!

We callled to say that we were on our way and that we would arrive in 30 minutes. We were met at the door and immediately taken to an exam room. They had already received and reviewed my dog's primary Vet clinic's notes. It was so reassuring to know that my dog would receive prompt care and attention. The amount of gratitude can't be overstated when it comes to this establishment. I've been to other emergency facilities and it seems like mostly dollar signs are what matters elsewhere but not here

The comfort you feel here is above and beyond what I expected. Not 1 staff member was unprofessional. All of them extremely courteous and understanding and it kept me calm throughout the ordeal with my cat Fufu

She was suffering twitches and abnormal behavior due to a mistake made at home when my wife bought a store product called HARTZ ULTRAGUARD, which btw should be recalled and removed from markets everywhere based on the numerous complaints online including deaths of pets.

This place knew exactly what to do and my cat is now back to normal.
