I have been to Ally three times twice for myself and once for my son. I have to say that the whole staff at Ally medical In round rock of Palm Valley are amazing. The accuracy and care were pretty impressive. The whole staff were friendly, knowledgeable, quick, organized, and thorough. A nice clean facility. Dr.Dash was very friendly and concerned about my issues. Sarah (nurse) Cynthia (rad tech) were so nice and amazing taking care of me. Tiffanie (front desk) was nice and knowledgeable explaining the care relief program offered at Ally. Overall an awesome experience.

These folks are great. We've been there on two separate occasions, and both times the people there were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. There was practically no wait time; they were calling us back before we had the paperwork completed. I was offered a drink while they were waiting for lab results. They have payment assistance options for families at various income levels. The first time we were there we ended up going to the ER, and the young lady at the front desk gave us a small bag with toiletries in it. I'm just really impressed by these people.

I went in for recent blood work. The staff and doctor were all very respectful on my visit. They were very kind calm and patient.they work fast and hard to ensure that you get the best care possible for your medical needs. I highly recommend coming to them for a fast check in and speedy recover. I have been coming here since I've moved to Austin because they work fast. I have never spent more than 1 hour on there and still got the Appropriate care that I needed. HIGH RECOMMEND.

Everything about my visit was outstanding. From checking in online, to being seen promptly and communicated with clearly, Ally did everything great when I was feeling my worst. I had the opportunity to visit recently, and overall, my experience was very positive. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely kind and attentive. The registration process was quick and efficient, which gave me a sense of security from the start.

The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable and confident. The waiting areas were well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

The medical team was exceptional: Dr. was very professional, took the time to listen to me, and answered all my questions clearly, which gave me great peace of mind. Additionally, the nursing staff was always friendly and willing to help at any moment.

As for the services, the care was timely, and I was given all the necessary information about my diagnosis and treatment plan. The technology they use is state-of-the-art, which further reassured me about the quality of care.

In summary, I had a very positive experience. The level of care and the facilities are excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of quality medical attention.

Best Urgent Care facility even better than the ER or my local doctors office! Total time to be seen and out the door was an hour and a half and very clean. Top quality care from the front desk staff to the nurse, doctor and sweet lady that brought us goodie bags while we waited for our test, the whole place has a warm comforting vibe. As we left they offered snacks and Gatorade with a big smile. 5+ Stars for this wonderful Urgent Care Facility.

I was already feeling terrible with the flu and just didn’t have the energy to deal with the complicated medical billing process. It was really overwhelming, but Alex and Victoria from the billing department at Ally Medical Emergency Room made all the difference. They were so patient and understanding, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. I visited Ally ER in Round Rock yesterday, and I have to say, it was a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The staff—from the front desk team to the nurse and provider—were incredibly patient-centered. They took their time with me, answered all of my questions, and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel truly cared for and respected.

I also want to highlight their copay plan options. They’re worth checking out, as they are very reasonable and thoughtful for patients who might need more flexibility.

The environment at Ally ER was relaxed and welcoming, with a beautifully diverse team. It created a sense of comfort and inclusion that’s not always easy to find in medical settings. Overall, I felt safe, well taken care of, and genuinely at ease throughout my visit. I highly recommend Ally ER for anyone looking for excellent care in a welcoming space.
