We were very pleased with the service at ally medical. We were taken back quickly and saw Dr Price quickly. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I would also like to give a shout out to the rest of the team. Jen, Amanda, and Rain.

I don't like hospitals and I especially don't like ERs, but the nurses and doctor at Ally made my recent health scare comfortable and less stressful than I expected. The facilities are clean, the nurses are friendly and knowledgeable, and the doctor made sure I understood what was going on and what next steps were needed to improve my condition. If I ever have an emergency need in the future, I'll definitely go to Ally first.

Front desk staff, Alexa and Sandy were great. The nurses Carlos and Mark were very helpful as well. Dr. Nair was wonderful.
The Rad tech, Gordon and ER Tech, Phoenix were good too.
We went there on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, and this team was professional, pleasant, and quick. Highly recommend this Emergency Care Service.

The Ally Medical Care Team was great! Anastasia at the front desk was super kind and helpful. Dr. Johnson and Bessie were professional and made me feel extremely comfortable with handling an embarrassing situation involving my lady parts. The entire process was quick and smooth. Everyone at Ellie medical emergency room was great.
The service, was efficient? The staff was warm and caring. I felt that peace, and I felt that the staff really cared about the patient.

I will always return to this facility if needed. The process was quick and efficient—truly in and out. Even without insurance, the cost was very reasonable, which I greatly appreciate. A huge thank-you to Sandy and Tori at the front desk for their kindness and for putting my mind at ease about the payment process. Mark and Rachel got me back into the room very quickly and got all my vitals and med history.
And a special thanks to Nurse Practitioner Kate for thoroughly answering all my questions and helping me feel better both physically and mentally. I left with peace of mind and couldn’t be more grateful!

My husband and I came in and were warmly greeted by Sandy & Alexa. We were quickly taken to the back to a room where Phoenix and Carlos helped hear our concerns. Dr. Nair was awesome. Very thorough, professional and explained everything along the way. Considering the circumstances, we had a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience. Everyone was so helpful from Caren at the front desk to the Doctor. I got seen by Dr. Thompson and I love how he would ensure I understood everything before moving on.
