My two year old dislocated her elbow at Disneyland. We came here for treatment. First, no wait at all. More importantly the staff was AMAZING! They were so nice with her, kept her mind off of it, brought her snacks and juice. We’re just the best. 100% would recommend.

The staff at this hospital have really showed me how evil and cruel and careless people can be. I have never met a worse set of people in my entire life , after being at the hospital for days our dear brother passed away and the security at this facility did nothing but show how cold and evil they are.
From watching these security FLIRT and TOUCH nurses while laughing at our grief , to being banned over a WATER BOTTLE and not being allowed to say our last goodbyes to our loved one.
This hospital helps no body but themselves and even take it as far as to make up their own rules and take advantage of vulnerable people
Led by SECURITY Michael Perez , they toyed with us until they had the satisfaction they wanted , the behavior I witnessed was that of lonely, sad , and miserable insecure grown men acting like moody teenage girls.
Please be careful when coming to this hospital

Came here after experiencing increasing dizziness and tingling that just didn't feel right, but as soon as the doctor heard I took cbd for anxiety earlier it felt like he just hooked onto that and started questioning me. I wasn't even done listing every symptom I was feeling when he tried to leave after that. He came back a bit later and questioned how often I use cbd and why I feel anxious if I don't have a specific reason (you can't always pinpoint a reason). He seemed convinced I was having a bad trip and really made me feel like he was interrogating a drug addict. I don't appreciate defending my medical choices that are therapist and PCP approved to a stranger at 1am when I'm feeling so disoriented. But even though the doctor made me feel highly uncomfortable, the 2 nurses were helpful and professional.

Awful service. I've had to go twice. First time I was in severe pain. They took an ultrasound and said I was fine to go home without explaining what they found when I had questions about it. I got no real treatment for anything. The next day I went to my real doctor and he gave me a completely different and accurate diagnosis. As well as actually explaining what they said I had, which they did not explain even after I asked for an explanation.

Second visit I came in for triage and sat in the triage room for an hour and a half until just leaving and going somewhere else to have it handled. I asked the nurse for advice multiple times for how to ease the pain while sitting there waiting and she only replied after I finished paperwork. It was an eye injury btw, so paperwork was extremely hard.

If you can make it anywhere else at all go there instead. My dog got better treatment at an animal hospital. They are insane.

I was from out of town and my respiratory problems got worse. I came to the ER after not being able to sleep for 3 days. They had me in, taken care of, first round of pills, and out the door in under 90 minutes. They helped me with finding a good 24 hour pharmacy to take my prescription to. They helped me understand what was going on and helped me fast. Thank you! I was worried with all the bad reviews, but they were kind, professional, and fast

Today 11/22 my boyfriend had a surgical procedure completed by Dr. Lesley K Shokes. His knee was broken in 2 pieces on 10/10 which is why he needed to have surgery. About 3 weeks after the injury my bf spoke to Dr. Shokes and asked when his surgery would be because typically it should be 1-2 weeks after injury. Dr. Shokes responded, "those type of timelines don't apply to people in jail".

Yes my bf is an inmate. However, hes in for a small dumb mistake. A nonviolent crime. But that is beside the point because nonetheless Dr. Shokes has a moral obligation to do his job and it is my boyfriends civil right to receive the appropriate medical attention. His surgery was performed 6 weeks after his injury!

Hospitals are expected to provide medical treatment. I'm sure none of us expect nor deserve such carelessness and recklessness from the staff.

He was rushed out of surgery, rushed out of the hospital, so much so that the nurse forgot to remove his IV and was already in the transport vehicle ready to be taken back. She ran out to remove his IV. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I am so disgusted with the treatment given by this facility.

Medical staff should be thorough and unbiased. Who are they to judge and give bad medical treatment on purpose. As far as I am concerned that is called negligence.

Do not come here. It is filthy, and the have one doctor on duty and one nurse. They don’t triage, just take you back in the order in which you arrive. And you must fill out insirance forms first. i arrived in pain, with my eye watering and nearly swollen shut and was told the forms have to be completed first. After waiting 20 minutes to be seen, they finally told me they only have one doctor and would call me back when the patient before me—a baby with a runny nose—was finished being seen. i finally gave up and caught an Uber to another emergency room. This is the ER a Disney employee recommended because it was closest, but with only one doctor on staff, it’s certainly not a good choice if you actually want to be seen.
