My husband cut off his thumb on Friday evening, and they didn't give enough pain meds to get to Monday. We were told finally 6 hrs from original call if we wanted more meds we needed to pay for another visit. He didn't cut himself, he cut off his finger. Both of us called and we were treated like drug addicts by the receptionist. No one returned the call we had to call 3 times. Dr.s are the ones that started the opioid epidemic in the first place now your refused compationate care and treatment. This Hospital doesn't give a shit about you they want your money. Do not go here if truly injured because you then become a opportunity for them to cash In.

Dr. Nielson is the most kind and compassionate doctor I have ever experienced.
Also, Emma, the nurse was awesome. I felt her care and concern.
The only unfortunate part of the visit was the 2 hour wait before getting called back.

Very impressed. I drove my 91 year old Mother from Riverview Aspirus ER to Plover Aspirus ER last night after midnight so someone would help her. Met at the door with a wheel chair, went right back into a room, seen by Dr Nielsen and two nurses, and problem resolved in an hour . Compassionate people!! Well worth the 28 minute drive from Wis Rapids.

My husband and I are so very happy with the care that our 3 year old som received last night at the ER.
The receptionist was very kind and friendly and it didn’t stop there. Nurse Allyssa and Dr. Judd were extremely kind, professional, patient, and treated us with dignity and respect. My husband and I are VERY impressed, because this is rare. Much Gratitude from our family.

Place is extremely unethical. Many instances where employees break HIPPA laws and talk horrible about patients behind their back. Nurses should be talked to about their behavior and remind them that talking about patients in an unprofessional matter shouldn't be tolerated. It's happens between hospital staff and IN FRONT of cleaning staff and other companies.

I cannot believe how Dr. Cobarruvias treats people. Had to take my 8 year old daughter in, he is asking when she last puked. Since I was at work all day, I was trying to talk to her about it. He very rudely interrupts after only a couple of seconds and says he just needs to know when the last time was that he has a patient in the other room who is having trouble breathing. First of all, isn't there privacy concerns there?! Secondly, no patient should feel less important. If someone was in with a more serious problem treat that patient first but dont come in here and try to rush through something and be extremely rude about it. We love this hosptial, my kids doctor is here. This was unacceptable on so many levels.

billing dept states that I owe them a double payment or I'm getting sent to collections... was never notified of this. the lady goes "oh well shes new here so I'll use this in training".... umm... okay. paying off my bill and never going here again. extremely disappointed. got charged $850 to get afrin up my nose for a bloody nose. was in there for a half an hour.
