I went to Arlington Baptist ER this past week for a very scary situation that happened to my eye while also experiencing some significant hypertension. The entire staff was absolutely amazing, reassuring, and took care of me in a timely manner. I am a nurse myself and feel like patient care is so important and most medical facilities in Memphis really could improve their tactics. This is not the case with this hospital. I am so happy my husband chose to take me there in my time of need. Highly recommend for the wonderful care the doctor, nurses, and front desk staff gave!

First visit at this hospital was great amazing! That is why I was eager to bring my love one. This last visit the doctor was nice and friendly. He appeared efficient.

I did not like my love one not being in a room. They gave her what was called a hallway or hall bed. Basically, treated her in the hallway where everyone could walk pass her and just look at her. She had to lift her clothes in front of anybody who was interested. I was very uncomfortable. I had never experienced that before in my life.

I have always had the best treatment at any ER I have gone to for care.

They did not hold us all night, so appreciated them seeing her and letting us leave quickly, but I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.

Because I have been told that this can happen in an ER situation, I will not give them one star, but I can’t give Baptist Arlington ER above three stars because the hallway bed is humiliating. You pay the same, but you are not treated with dignity.

Baptist Arlington is by far the best, most efficient emergency department I’ve ever been to. Very fast service even when overwhelmed with patients. The TRIAGE was on point and all questions were answered. Furthermore, the staff was very kind and patient. No one ever wants to have to go to the ER but this one will be my “go-to” whenever the need arrives.

The nurses were great! The doctor just really didn’t care and gave me meds that I had in my medicine cabinet. My condition got much worse as time went on and I ended up having to go to Baptist WalnutGrove. They were knowledgeable, caring and thorough.

Went in for an infection in my toe and came out feeling better. My service was really quick and efficient. The only downside for me was the bedside manners of some of the nurses. I feel like they could be more friendly. Every nurse I encountered had a wall put up and it didn’t feel so welcoming. Other than that I’d recommend it.

Luis at check in was so nice, and the triage nurse was thorough and kind. The wait time was a little long, but there were quite a few people and only one doc there. The doctor didn’t take that much time with me. I came in with flu/covid symptoms and while all were negative I still assumed she check my ears, nose, and throat, but she didn’t.

My fiancé and I came here tonight (9:30pm on a Monday night) to meet his Grandparents because his Grandfather is really sick and coughing. They beat us here to the hospital and were already in a room when we walked inside! The entire staff (from registration at the front to the nurses, doctors and x-ray) have been the kindest& most professional hospital staff we have been around in YEARS. I read recent reviews on here before we came and saw a few negative ones and find it hard to see they are for the same place as this one. We are grateful for them and this entire process has truly been painless for my fiancés Grandparents. Would recommend to anyone who needs immediate relief from sickness!

Came in 12.28.24 for a possible dislocated shoulder, they took X-rays and vitals, gave me an ketorolac shot and said that it was in place and to follow up with ortho. I still left in excruciating pain, told the ED PA that Tylenol and Ibuprofen had not been helping and they didn’t send anything to a pharmacy to help my shoulder heal. Long story short this was a waste of a drive and could’ve self-treated at home instead of coming to this ER. Now I have to wait until Monday to be properly evaluated so I can return to work. The nurses were nice and it was pretty much ran like an urgent care but listening skills are not at this location.
