The staff was very professional! The Doctor went out of her way to make me feel better! The Doctor came into the room to explain in detail everything that was going on! I have never in counter a Doctor with so much compassion and love for her profession!

I’d like to thank everyone from security, reception, nursing team & our gentle and kind pediatrician Dr. Keller. My two year old had a bad allergic reaction and they rushed me in, had an entire team assisting my son before I could even realize it. I’m grateful for everyone who treated my son with the highest level of care and compassion.

Miércoles fui a la emergencia y desde que llegue el trato fue excepcional , en menos de 10 minutos ya me sentaron en una silla de ruedas y me ingresaron hicieron todo tipo de exámenes para determinar cuál era mi problema , todos los trabajadores desde los camilleros , enfermeras , asistentes , médicos o sea todos en general muy profesionales y amables , pasé 3 días ingresada y solo me dieron de alta cuando estaban totalmente seguros que ya estaba en condiciones de seguir mi tratamiento en casa, así que gracias por brindar una atención excelente , espero tener mucha salud pero sin dudarlo si necesito atención vuelvo .

I just want to express how beautiful the evening prayer was that night. My husband and I were shocked when we heard someone praying on the overcome. The entire hospital was in prayer. What a beautiful gift.

Excellent hospital. Very clean. ER doc was quick to diagnose, treat and admit me. I received a private room. The nurses and doctors truly cared about me. They took the time to listen to me and answer every question or concern I had. Food service is terrific. They let you pick what you want to eat or drink. The food arrives hot and fresh. I am new to Miami and plan to make Baptist my hospital and PCP. GREAT Job...

I had the pleasure of being cared for by ED Nurse Daniel. I entered the emergency room, and was immediately checked in and greeted by Daniel. He was patient, attentive, and professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Fiore was amazing as well!

Very professional, very nice very clean. I wish they can figure out how to get things completed quicker. For example I got there approximately 12:45 pm, got to registration and a doctor came in said we will take a Cscan. They took me to a big room with chairs. Waited until someone took me for a scan , a very nice lady took the scan who was wonderful. Took me back to the room and waited until 4:00 until complained why I can’t leave. Nurse called someone to go over discharge not a doctor as told. If I didn’t say anything I am not sure when I would have left as the discharge papers were sitting of the desk when question getting discharged.

Staff at the hospital is attentive and caring, overall. Dr. Puron is professional and answered all my questions. He confirmed what I thought was happening and eliminated my fears that there was nothing worse happening. When you are in pain, your head immediately goes to the worst case scenario. My nurse was ok, but when a person is dealing with nausea, it is not a good idea to wheel a person out of the hospital at breakneck speed. When someone isn’t feeling well, their perceptions are hypersensitive and while he probably was not going that fast, it seemed that way to me.
