My wife was seen in the ER this morning after experiencing severe abdominal pain, dizziness and weakness. My wife is a retired nurse ;she says they offered a comprehensive work -up and good attention to patient needs. The environment was well appointed , clean and calming.

Excellent doctors and nurses. Very understandable and cooperative staff at Bethesda Hospital. They helped saved my life when I had opened heart ❤️ surgery 2012. Hats off to a great group of hard working staff, nurses. and outstanding doctors. Thanks for a job well done team! I'm still alive and healing successfully.

The beginning of my arrival was great. The clerk that signed me in was nice ,the triage nurse and paramedic were very compassionate and helped me calm down. Was brought right to an exam room where the doctor and nurse were. They were on their A game. I was having palpitations and took a EKG immediately and got me meds to slow down my heart rate which was in the 150’s. Everyone from the radiology tech to the Cat scan tech everyone was so nice and caring. It was a great experience. They figured out that I have A Fib and will have a procedure to help me on Monday. All in all I give Bethesda’s ER two thumbs up!

I had a great experience here. They got me from the ER waiting room into vitals and a room right away. The staff was helpful and kind. The facility was decently clean but not great. I docked a star because the pharmacy took FOREVER to fill the medicine I needed. They definitely have room for improvement but overall I was pleased with the hospital.

Rang in the new year here, unfortunately. However, I was extremely surprised at how quickly I was evaluated by the entire team. I had my blood drawn, spoke to the doctor, EKG and chest X-ray within the first hour of being there. I had to wait for the doctor to come back around, understandably it was a drunken holiday I could only imagine how busy they were. Everyone was thorough, exceptionally sweet and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!

Kidney infection was causing major pain. I was immediately taken in and treated. No wait time. Dr. Kenneth Wayne Roberts was awesome. He explained in terms I could understand. Nurse Thomas (?)was also a great help too. Overall staff very attentive to my needs. Will return in future if needed.

I visited the ER today and was blown away by the exceptional level of care!

The entire team worked seamlessly together. Laven and Tiffany stood out with their professionalism, kindness, and compassionate approach.

My Daughter had to be rushed in today because she fainted and had a mild seizure. From we arrived she was attended to very quickly. All the Doctors, Nurses, were she had her X-ray done, CT scan done, they all was super nice and called her by name and communicated with her like they meet her before. I am so happy she was transported to this hospital because the service was beyond what I expected. Thanks to each and everyone of you that support my daughter with excellent service today❤️❤️.
