I went to the ER on a Saturday morning. I expected the usual delays but to my surprise, I didn't even have time to fill out the paperwork. I was taken to triage, had my vitals taken, and was moved to a room in the ER. Shortly after being set on a chair, a nurse arrived to get the specifics of my injury. Ten minutes later I met with the doctor. He ordered a few tests for me to get done. A few minutes later a person arrived with a wheelchair and took me to my first test. The test was quicker performed and I was taken back to the ER. A few minutes later the next test arrived in my room. Very quickly the test was finished. The nurse and doctor arrived to explain what was going on and I received my treatment and was discharged a few minutes later. I had a great overall visit. It was handled professionally and respectfully. I would recommend the Boca Regional Hospital emergency room for your needs. I was a walk-in patient and handled it very quickly.

I had a great experience at this ER. I went reluctantly after my primary care doctor sent me, expecting a long wait, but I was treated in a timely and thorough manner. The staff was warm and friendly, putting me at ease right away. The ER doctor was great, he listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel truly cared for. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently everything went. I am happy with the care I received.

When i first walked in Brody, the receptionist made me feel welcome immediately. I was taken into the clinic and given a bed right away by Chris who brought me warm blankets before taking my vitals. Dr Shapiro was thorough and friendly. My Covid and flu tests came back quickly and she prescribed the necessary medication. I was in and out within an hour . I’m grateful this facility is so nearby.

The doctor was obviously highly competent and performed a thorough exam. Ordered X-rays, but most importantly followed up with our primary. All the while he clearly explained wounds and their care. The nurse was equally competent and helpful. We were more than satisfied with every aspect of our care from the front desk, triage, to the valet.

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the outstanding care I received at the new facility in Boca Raton. The doctor and the registered nurse were caring and very professional. I highly recommend if one needs immediate care to go to Baptist Health facility. I arrived with severe back pain and left with tolerable back pain. To my surprise they have a pharmacy dispenser machine, which I was able to get my medication.

Great experience. They cared and paid attention to my needs. Ive been to a lot of medical facilities and I cant think of one negative thing to say. Would recommend to anyone. Far better than er! Nurse actually did iv without problems. That alone is a feat!! Normally it takes 2 or 3 people and many sticks!! Leaving me black and blue. I have fought cancer so I know a thing or two about it!!

Oh my God went there as an emergency Walk-In and he was seen within 15 minutes. For an emergency room that was quite quick. They're very kind and informative. This is a wonderful hospital to take your loved one too
