Very pleasant and professional individuals working here that makes it one deserving of the highest possible rating.. I am confident since entering via emergency in great pain that everything they have since recommended will absolutely give me my required relief.
To date I can truly attest as their effortless efficiency and thoughtful and reasonable advice… My wound care specialist Avril, my room nurse, Veronique and the technician personnel who worked on Tuesday 03/04/25 at the MRI machine is worth special and specific commendations… They were extremely convincing and patient making me as a patient feel safe and comfortable in spite of my great pain and tendency to unwittingly as a result making their lives a little more difficult… Please pass along my best wishes… Without doubt top class employees…Will further mention Dr’s Gunsen sand Dr Gomez back surgeon..

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Baptist Health South Miami for the exceptional care I received in the ER today. I came in with extreme back pain, and from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel cared for and in good hands.

A special thank you to Nurse Samantha for her kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout my time there. She made me feel comfortable and reassured during a very challenging moment.

Dr. Damion Richard Campbell also went above and beyond in his care. His thoroughness and expertise gave me confidence, and his clear explanations of my condition were greatly appreciated.

Thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent service and care. You truly made a difference in my day, and I’m incredibly grateful!

Usually I don’t have nothing negative about this hospital. Today is different I went to the emergency department and everything was fine till it was time to see the doctor. A nurse practitioner came to me and started asking me questions and proceeded to tell me that why I didn’t go to see my doctor. At the end I was discharged without any pain medication, no medication to get rid of the fluid im in a horrible pain both legs , feet and both arms. Swollen and no relief for the pain I can’t even feel my toes or fingers she had made the decision that I needed to see my doctor and a specialist no compassion whatsoever shame on her thank you for your time

From the minute, I arrived at Emergence to my discharged, the service, the attention, the quality of staff was beyond excellent. The facility was clean, orderly and organized. Everything was timely appropriate.. My stay there was good the timing was not to fast nor to slow. I felt like I was at a good private doctor’s office. Kudos to every staff member that helped me. I especially want to highlight Ana the nurse who took care of me so kindly and loving. May God continue to bless her and all the staff there at the emergency of South Miami hospital. I had never been to a Baptist hospital before, but this location was amazing. ALL of the staff members were respectful and attentive to my needs. I loved that the facility was extremely clean! Their assessment was very thorough and they easily explained everything. From the no wait emergency room to the warm blankets— this is definitely a great hospital. Thank you again! 5 stars review for an excellente expérience during an acute illness. It was a busy evening and I found the facility very well organized and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and very understanding to patients needs. The tests performed smoothly and the results shared with me. All documents were released at discharges and are also available on the portal. Congrats Baptist Health.

The emergency room at South Miami is always so clean and the people so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. I have spent time visiting friends and other hospitals in ICU and ER lately and it is just not in the same ballpark. Today I had the greatest nurse ever! Amalia! She was absolutely the kindest and most attentive and just precious knowledgeable nurse ever!
