Was at at the ER around 2:30 am on Jan 2, 2025 because I couldn’t catch my breath during a coughing attack. Wasn’t busy so was in and out within 3 hours. My nurse Natalia is a fabulous person. I can honestly say I had lots of fun in those early morning hours. The young man that inserted the IV in my arm got it right the first time he tried. I have no bruising and he was fun also. My doctor was amazing as well. A very nice experience!!! 5 stars for sure!!

On January 4, 2025, I had to take my wife, Luise N., to the emergency department after she suffered a bad fall and hit her head on the concrete driveway. She was in significant pain, and after calling 911, we were advised to take her to the hospital.

Upon arriving at the front desk, the two young ladies there were incredibly helpful and quickly completed her paperwork. Anna, the staff member handling her initial check-in, acted promptly and wheeled her into a room right behind the front desk within minutes.

Shortly after, Pete, a nurse, quickly wheeled her in for a CAT scan. Dr. Sanchez kindly walked me out so they could proceed with the scan, and within about 10 minutes, Luise was brought back to the room.

The service was impressively efficient, and the staff were kind and patient throughout the process, helping us navigate this very frightening time. Job well done! I highly recommend the staff and the level of care we received.

From the bottom of our hearts, we are forever thankful and grateful. Take care, and wishing the entire team a fantastic 2025.

Excellent experience at the ER. No wait time at all in the lobby. They took me in right away. Nurse Oscar was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable. The PA who saw me was great. Took her time with me and was very informative. I have no complaints from this visit.

My nurse Kat was amazing! Caring, knowledgeable, friendly with the ability to calm your nerves. She explained everything that was going on. The doctor was kind, caring and knowledgeable. He explained concerns and kept me informed. I was in amazing care with them and so grateful!

My initial admission was very efficient and professional but unfortunately, the service going forward was extremely delayed with minimal communication or follow up during the evening. The RN on duty tried his best but seemed overwhelmed with other patients. Finally, was given my report in Spanish at the end of the evening and Spanish is not my first language. The report did not provide a diagnosis or possible cause to my symptom's.

My experience was good. All the tests they did did not delay the treatment. They gave me good results. I only spent 3 hours in the hospital. Kirsten was my nurse, very nice, she made me feel very comfortable. I don’t remember the name of the physician knowledgeable

First of all thanks to Carmen and Armando for the excellent service, attention and empathy. Let them know please. Timing good. Hospital conditions excellent. There are some opportunities for Dr. Hanna. At first she present herself and almost stayed at the door. No more than three minutes. Asked some questions and mostly answering by herself. Speaking too fast. No connection, not emphatic. At the moment of the results discussion and discharge (one minute) again she stayed almost at the room door. She was like at hurry.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Heidi, APRN for the exceptional care provided to my son in the ER. Her skill and professionalism while suturing his wound were truly impressive. She took the time to explain the procedure, ease his fears, and ensure he was comfortable throughout. It was clear she genuinely cared about his well-being. Her calm and compassionate demeanor made a stressful situation so much more manageable. We are so thankful for her expertise and kindness!
