I visited the ER for a leg injury that was work related on last night. The Doctor told me that he didn’t see anything on my Xray. I still cannot bend my left leg backwards. He didn’t prescribe anything and I walked out of there on my injured leg. He only said to go to an orthopedic. Also one of the nurses had questions about me sitting in a wheelchair.

My wife came in with severe pain and cist under her arm. It wasn't properly drained so the incision healed with the infection still on the inside. I've never seen my wife in such pain. They didn't provide her with any pain medication. It was just a bad job all around.

My husband fell last week. We went directly to the ER. Initially he was the only patient in there The ER team responded immediately! We went in around 8AM and they assessed his injuries within a very short time period. CT scans, XRAY'S, and PT all did their part. We were released with a good report, and were back at our home by 11AM. WONDERFUL STAFF! AND FACALITY!! We are so grateful to have this amazing hospital in Arlington!!

All the staff were great and quick to act. The nurses, the aides and the doctor were all amazing and caring. Due to the doctor listing to me and being thorough I was diagnosed and then transferred to the main hospital to be admitted for surgery.

My parents went there, avoided the chaos of the Baptist East emergency room and were given excellent care. They were transferred to Baptist East and were sent directly to their assigned room. The only way to go!!

Unprofessional as ever!!! They lie to your face about sending results to your doctor and about when you will get your results. The heavy set brown haired ultrasound tech said we’d have results back in 24 hours or less a week later still no results but was told twice they were sent to my doctors and then they called the next day saying they just sent them and they never said that. Amy the lead called me a liar 3 times about different stuff that was said to me meanwhile my child is still in pain and we have no results. She even laughed and told me i could google the corporate office number since i told her she could google the referring doctors number that requested the ultrasound and their number should be on the request. Why do i need to look it up for them when they can do the same as what i would have to do for them
