I had to come to their emergency room again, taken back into a room within 10 minutes and received superior treatment. The doctor and the nurses were extremely polite, supportive, and very sincere in their concerns about my health. The doctor listened to my complaints and ordered a lot of tests and blood work to make sure I didn’t have any medical emergencies happening at that moment that needed immediate surgery. The doctor and nurses repeatedly urged me to make sure I take my medication and follow up with a PCP so that I don’t end up with worse health issues. So far this is the best hospital emergency room I’ve experienced in Tennessee.

This was the best ED experience I have had in my lifetime. Everything from the short wait times (I was taken back and provided intervention for acute symptoms within 5 min), to the staff (wonderful all the way across the board - nursing, providers/physicians, techs), to the facility. I felt very cared for, was thoroughly assessed and treated, and faced no delays in testing/review of results. The team worked seamlessly together, made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for, and even went above and beyond to collaborate with my outpatient provider/arrange follow up for me. I would not go anywhere else for care (if I had a choice), now that I have experienced this level of care.

My doctor was amazing. She took time to go over what they were going to do ahead of time so i knew what to expect. The ER was crazy and very crowded yet the staff were calm and clearing people as best they could. Their calmness helped everyone tone down as well.
I received excellent care and came up with a solution to help me.

I went to the ER with elevated blood pressure, dizziness and blurred vision. I was told at the front desk that several office equipment was down. I filled out paperwork and was told to take a seat. After about 30 minutes I was called by the triage nurse. They took my blood pressure and a EKG. They told me to go back outside to the lobby and they will call me when they had a room. I wanted 30 minutes and a young man from radiology came and took me to get a chest tray. I was never given a wrist band indicating that i was registered. I sat in the lobby for 3 hours and had not been called, although people that were there before were given wristbands. At this time I went to the front desk and stated that I was leaving. They looked for my paperwork that was still on the clipboard and said to let the tragedy nurse know that I was leaving. Waited 15 minutes until the triage nurse came out and informed her that I was leaving. She asked me if I have been given an IV and I stated no. She asked to wait and she went back to the ER. Waited another 10 minutes and she did not come back. I just walked out the door. I will not be coming back to this facility again.

Took my 11yo here for coughing, shortness of breath and fever.. we were placed in a room on the opposite of the building listed as ā€œdoctor’s officeā€. Once in the room we immediately noticed dried blood on the wall. The doctor came in and asked our reasons for coming in and was the fourth person to ask the same questions. I restated our reasons again. He listened to my child’s breathing and checked his throat. He then stated if I would like him tested because it probably wouldn’t matter due to my son being out the timeframe that the testing would be accurate. We still proceeded with testing but he looked irritated. Once my child was tested, the discharge nurse came in with prescriptions to send us home. I had to ask what were the results due to receiving medication and also asked the doctor to check my son’s ears in case of an ear infection. You could see the reluctancy in his face. Overall, this was not a good experience for my son and I. Going forward I would choose a facility with professionals that possess compassion and better bedside manners.

I saw Dr. Walsh today at the ER for trouble breathing due to asthma, and he put me at ease right from the start. His demeanor is calm and caring, and he checked on me frequently. He was so thorough and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Very impressive. Best ER experience ever, hands down. Thank you, Dr. Walsh. Shout out to Patrick in triage and Terry in transportation. You guys rock!!

Poor RN nurse staff in the emergency room. I waited in the room 3 hrs before the RN came to greet me. Thanks to the
Custodian worker coming in the room greeting me and cleaning , then ask me do I need anything., I told her a nurse. I didn’t have a call light button to even call a nurse for anything. Not a good service for me.

I went to the ER because of excruciating pain in my shoulders. My back has crooked and I assume this is what is causing my pain. I saw Dr. Robertson. Dr. Robertson explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He was very compassionate and understanding. He made my visit to the ER much more tolerable.
