Literally have no idea why this hospital has a pretty bad rating All the nurses were very nice and attentive from the moment I walked in. Even the front desk receptionist. I came on a Saturday night (ugh) in sever pain due to significant swelling in my tonsils. I was admitted overnight and my nurse was Nurse Kerri, she was simply amazing… but all the staff were, truly!! I unfortunately have had to go to the ER a few times and never was I treated so well, I almost didn’t wanna leave…. Almost lol I highly recommend this place!!

Please remember these are our healthcare workers, Nurses, Doctors, EMT’S ect. And they deserve the upmost respect, they are essential to our society and they work very hard with all different kinds of people, they are tired but still making sure we are good! Treat them with dignity and kindness it is the very least they deserve!!

Today I went to ER for not feeling well body aches, stomach pains. Upon getting back I was lead in a room where it was just a stretcher no pillow no blanket no sheet no nothing. The room was freezing I had to wrap up in my jacket until someone came in to see me. Looking around room there is signs that say the room is being monitored and a camera in room. So I asked what is this room why is it saying it’s being monitored she tells me the room is used for psych patients and isolation. Ok fine I then needed to use the rest room which was located in room was dirty and nasty you can tell this room wasn’t clean. And the doctor PA whoever she was cause she never introduced herself had no bedside manner I had to ask for a dose of zofran before leaving hospital. Safe to say I won’t be going back. I been a nurse for 16 years ain’t no way this is what nursing/healthcare has turned into.

WORST HOSPITAL IN JERSEY!!!I went yesterday to ER because I had a pain in my stomach, there was like 2 people and they made me wait 3 hours. the staff were on the phone and some nurses were chatting while there was people waiting. the same people that were there before me were still there when I decided to leave to another hospital. never ever again going to this hospital. and please don't go to this hospital because they will literally let you die.

Worst experience I've ever received from an emergency room. I was not attended to nor looked at for 3 hours before I had to say something. I had one doctor questioned me and from there there was no assistance afterwards, the security guards are even worse. I go to see a doctor and instead I get attitude from a security guard as if she's a cop. I asked for discharge papers and I was told that I didn't need them, just to leave. The most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in my entire life.

Horrible service, they said my dad has Covid and nothing else after we told them he had weight loss pain can’t walk, not eating . Two weeks later admitted him back in because I knew the hospital missed something. Then they said pneumonia and then said it was advanced cancer. It turned out to be advanced cancer, so much confusion. How was advanced cancer not found when all those scans and blood tests were performed.

The worst hospital ever I thought Jersey City worseone was worse but Bayonne is 10 times worse than.
I was there from 10:35 AM to 3 PM. I told everyone that I cannot walk. My head is hurting, but they still have me waiting room for a whole two to 3 hours at the end No one came to call my name but they were calling the people that came after me so i just left.

Went in at 7am with body aches and in my last trimester of pregnancy. The waiting room was a ghost town. Had me wait 40 minutes only to get to the back and they were serving 1 patient. Never again. They have no sense of urgency and always have attitudes for some reason.

Worst medical center. Wish I can give negative stars. Only one nurse in ER and she was great until they switched shifts. They took forever and there was barely any patients in the ER. Horrible experience. Nurse didn’t even wear gloves to take out IV and needle from my child’s arm. Really disappointing.
