So, changed the rating from a 1 to a 4. The director of the facility saw my original review post and reached out to me. After a short discussion, I decided to edit my review. I won't discuss the reasoning, but he explained a few things to me, and I believe he was sincere in his apology. I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 because I really wasn't able to be seen for my issue, so can't really rate on performance or staff interaction.

So, had a minor issue, but it was an issue that I really didn't feel like waiting till morning to take care. I arrive at 12:45 a.m. and a notice on the door says to press the button on the right if after hours. Pressed it twice, and heard the click like someone was on the other end. I said "hello," but got no answer. The sign on the door also said to dial a number, so I did. It just went to voicemail.

So my question, what's the purpose of advertising as a 24 hour facility if the people inside don't want to answer (if there was even anyone inside)?

I wasted a drive and my time.

Was experiencing fever and severe back pain. Decided to go to Bellaire ER as I visited during Covid and they were great. Brian was amazing at the front desk, and got me back to a room quickly. Stephanie, my nurse, got my IV started right away and was so kind to me because I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Zaidi was excellent as well. He diagnosed me on exam and got me medicine that worked almost immediately. "Z" took me for my Ct scan and was so patient and kind with me. At first, I didn't even think I could lay still on the table, but she had the patience of a saint. What a great experience! Blessings to all who took such excellent care of me. I would recommend them to anyone!

I cannot recommend Bellaire Emergency Room enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease during a stressful situation. The facility was spotless, modern, and welcoming. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen by a doctor almost immediately.

The medical team was professional, compassionate, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience and care. It was evident that they genuinely prioritized my health and well-being.

Dr Q is very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job in diagnosing and taking care of our son. Cris was super sweet and cheered my son up when he had to get X-rays. The nurse was very professional. I will definitely come back.

Erika was great! Listened to my concerns and helped walk me through my medications. Did my visit virtually since I didn’t not have the strength to drive. It was simple and easy.

These physicians are efficient and listen to my needs. Humans know their bodies, we know when something is off, and having a good doctor to troubleshoot with makes healthcare WORK. Thank ya’ll. I am ALWAYS taken care of here. Also, This a better alternative than disrupting the local ER for the seriously acute patients coming in.

Front desk staff Joanna was very friendly and quick with check in. She didn’t pressure me about co payment, she got me checked in and seen quicker than I ever seen any where else. There was no wait and not packed.

RN Chris was great. He was very gentle with my pain I was experiencing. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as possible . I’m ok with needles but I must say he made me feel no pressure.

Dr Zaidi was thorough and efficient. He got to me quick. Knew what to do and how to bring me comfort. He quickly acted to get me treated and made sure I understood my issue.

This night team is great! Thank you guys. I feel 10X times better and the fact i been tryna stick it out for weeks you guys made me comfortable about my er decision!

Fast and efficient service, the whole team was awesome. From the sweetest frost desk Joanna, friendly nurse Brinna and Erik the x-ray tech and of course Dr.Q, very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you all for being available even on the holidays!
