My dad was brought here from his assisted living center for a fall he had. The doctor was friendly and kind. The nurse was not friendly, did not tell us what was being done for him. She was rude to my poor dad who has dementia and Alzheimer’s. She had little to know compassion or patience. You would think that a nurse would be more caring but she must have missed that quality when the good Lord was giving that out. She was not careful moving him to a wheel chair. I would never take your loved one to this ER if you can avoid it.

Came in Wensday and they were quick to help with my breathing problems. Fixed me up by Sunday. Getting out today Just wanted to say how extremely well I was treated with the best Care Kindness Knowledge in all aspects of my illness. This is a place that really cares. Thank you to all the Doctors and Nurses and Staff Professionals I meet you are all amazing Thanks again.

Was here a couple of weeks ago because my son was talking about killing himself. They put him in a room and we were there for over an hour after they said they would get us discharge papers. Not one staff looked up from their desk when he took his pulse reader off or blood pressure cuff off.

Back again today. Sitting in a basically empty waiting room for over an hour and a half to be seen if an arm is broken. Had to ask the receptionist for some ice for the arm. Was quickly seen for triage and X-ray. Receptionists are great and super nice! But if you have an emergency maybe drive the extra miles to Princeton or Wyoming.

Our son needed stitches late at night. We went to Cambridge ER because we've had good experiences there in the past. Nurse Jamie and ER Dr. Roman were really great. Very efficient but we didn't feel like they were rushing and they took their time answering our questions. They were patient and very kind with our 7 year old as well as his worried mom. Even when we were in the room waiting, nurse Jamie would pop in to give us quick updates about what was happening and what we were waiting for. It was a nice bonus that the rooms were a comfortable temp. Usually at a hospital I am freezing. We were in and out of there in an hour and a half. In the past we have been happy going here as well. We have a hospital 5 minutes from our house, but if possible we will skip that one and drive the extra 25 minutes to go here instead.

Horrible ER.

We went to the ER early in the morning, because my wife was actively bleeding and passing lining. After a relatively nice experience at the check in desk, we went into the ER room.

The majority of the time we sat there, while my wife kept returning to the bathroom to continue bleeding out. Occasionally a nurse or doctor would come in to ask a couple questions, then promptly leave. All the while not telling us what was going on, or helping my wife with her constant bleeding. Eventually they came in and took her blood to run some tests, and did an ultrasound. They turned the screen mostly away from us and still did not tell us what was happening.

We went back to the room, and eventually my wife passed the baby while on the toilet. They took it to run tests on it, then came in and said "Sorry." They then released us to go home.

Now they want $3000 from us. All for not telling us we were losing our baby, barely doing anything to help my wife with her immense bleeding, and saying sorry.

Recommendation: Avoid this ER at all costs

I put 5 stars so people can read this. This is the most incompetent ER I've ever been to. They are slow, rude, don't listen, and misdiagnosed everything. Don't go here they sent more then 1 person who's having heart attacks home (previous experience) there ER doctors don't know their foot from their head. YOU WILL DIE before you are even seen and you'll still be waiting for to be seen then.

Worst experience in my life I was brought in by ambulance doctor came in right away and was polite. But they kept sticking me with IV’s and could not get with one. And I had extreme bleeding. Left and am sure willing to put this out on the news.

We are super happy with the care we recieved from the ER team this evening. Our daughter was super sick, and we were a bit hesitant since a lot of ER doctors don’t work with peds a lot, but our nurse practitioner, Peggy was amazing! The front desk, and nurse team did a great job as well. Thank you for helping our daughter feel better and for providing amazing service. 🙂
