Nurses were great super nice and helpful doctor was not great tho to be nice. got pissed at me for struggling my eye open when my eye was scratched and irritated. then took over an hour just to grab eyedrops

Just sat in the emergency waiting room for over 6 hours without being seen. Not only were we not seen, the head nurse informed us that my father, who arrived by ambulance, was in no rush to be cared for. The nurses were incredibly rude, and completely unhelpful.

1 star instead of zero for the girls at the front desks. They deserve 5 stars.

I've been in the emergency waiting room for 4 and a half hours as it stands right now. It seems nobody knows what they're doing. There have been 3 separate waiting room turn-overs and a shift change. All this, while they pump poison news on the TV. I would recommend going anywhere else but here if it's for an emergency. If you got a friend with some antibiotics, a van and some ambition....I would see them instead. Bring back the hypocratic oath for the love of whoever your god is!

If you can help it do not go to this ER. I have never been so disgusted by the treatment of my Grandmother who had come in for severe chest pain which ended up being a heart attack. She was left in the waiting room for hours and ended up passing away in the ER. I saw no evidence of a proper cardiac protocol. I have never spoke to such incompetent doctors and nurses. They should feel ashamed. They also neglect the elderly and write them off immediately.

I had my baby in November 2024 and the maternity nurses are very good especially one called Ceci I got up and she was giving my baby milk and she told me that if she wanted to give her the first bath in the hospital and I took it and I am always very aware of myself and my baby . thank you especially to her.

The ER was dirty and stunk. there were people in chairs getting treated in the hallway all within feet of each other. no means of patient privacy. the staff was rude and cold. the rest of the hospital is so nice- but that ER should be shut down.

I feel compelled to write this review since I almost didn't take my son to this ER after reading all of the negative reviews. I brought my 17 year old son to the pediatric part of the ER and by the time I was done giving our information a nurse was already waiting to take us in. The nurse was extremely nice. I believe her name was Lilly. We only waited a few minutes before we saw Dr. Pressel. He was extremely thorough and spent a very long time with us to get to the bottom of what was going on with my son. He made sure we didn't have any more questions or concerns before leaving the room. Nurse Lilly came back to the room and gave us more information. She put us more at ease, which was truly appreciated. While I was waiting for my son who went to the bathroom, I noticed that the cleaning person immediately went into the room to clean it.

Fantastic staff! Abundance of tests was good. There's a lot of people being helped which can hinder time sometimes but generally getting in quickly when needed.
