Children’s Health provided outstanding care when my son needed stitches. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and reassuring, making an otherwise stressful situation much easier for both him and me. The nurses were incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain every step of the process in a way that calmed his fears. The doctor was highly skilled, gentle, and thorough, ensuring my son was as comfortable as possible while expertly stitching him up.

The facility was clean, welcoming, and clearly designed with children in mind, which added to the overall positive experience. I’m so grateful for the compassionate and professional care we received. My son felt safe and well cared for, and his stitches are healing beautifully. I can’t recommend Children’s Health enough—they truly go above and beyond for their patients!

Very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment via online portal system, but had to wait an hour past our scheduled time. When my daughter was eventually evaluated I was told they ran out of rapid flu tests (the clinic should've mentioned this at the start and I could've gone somewhere else) but a standard flu & strep test was available and the results would be on the portal next morning, in the meantime Tamiflu could be prescribed. The results didn't come. I feel this is a fraudulent practice but there is no way to know if the test were actually ever processed. I paid for a service and they billed my insurance for nothing.

Great customer service and the staff was very patient with my very scared and sick toddler. We booked an appointment online for 3pm got there a few minutes early, was seen, had a flu test and was ready to check out within 45 minutes of getting there. Best experience with an urgent care

This is our second visit here and the check in process was seamless, the wait time was minimal and the staff was very polite and friendly. From the nurse to the physician they made sure my son was comfortable and smiling. The Dr assessed my son thoroughly and calmed my anxiety about his sickness symptoms. I will definitely always choose Children’s Health urgent care for my son’s needs.

Waited over an hour for my daughter to be seen, this was WITH an appointment and only two people in waiting room upon arrival. Seemed to get worse too, one dad was still with his baby (1yo) when we were leaving, poor baby seemed very ill and the staff gave them no urgency. Also we seemed to be grossly over-charged, my co-pay as it clearly states on medical card is $50 for urgent care, but instead they charged us over $160 and made it seemed like my daughter wouldn't be seen if we didn't agree to pay that. Horrible experience with bad customer service when you ask questions. The doctor seemed fine, but visit was not thorough as even the doctor admitted long wait times and that she needed help. Why, I don't know, didn't seem busy at all. Will never come back here.

I took my 4 year old last minute when he was sick, they got us in super quick. (Only waited in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes). They took their time to listen to our concerns and got us out in a timely manner. 10/10. recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. The cleanliness and friendless of the staff matters zero percent when they miss diagnosing pneumonia in my five year old daughter. I brought my daughter here as she was having high fever and a cough. It was a Sunday and our on call doctor said based on her symptoms and little intake by mouth we should take her to an urgent care and have her seen. The initial nurse who took us to the room and asked questions was polite and caring and said based on symptoms she would swab for strep. We didn’t wait long for the provider to come into the room. As soon as she walked in I knew we were another number to her and she could care less about my child. As I explained what was going on she just smugly looked me up and down and I knew she thought my concerns were invalid and she was clearly annoyed that I brought my daughter to be seen. She looked in her ears, nose, throat, and listened to her lungs. She made only a comment that her throat was red. I thought it was strange when the provider didn’t say anything after listening to her lungs as usually, they reassure you everything sounds or looks good. She then of course swabbed her for strep, COVID, flu, and RSV. I was told results would be given the next day and sent home with zero answers, told she has a virus and “it’s normal for kids to have a fever of up to 105 for 5-7 days” Excuse me?! I messaged her primary care doctor first thing in the morning and was immediately called and told to bring her in. One listen to her lungs and our doctor looks at me and says, “she has pneumonia”. She put the stethoscope on my ears and said listen. I, an untrained mother, could hear the crackle of the pneumonia in my child’s lungs. There is absolutely no way the provider at the urgent care couldn’t hear that less than 24 hours prior. Thank god I listened to my motherly instinct and followed up with our primary care. Things could have been much worse had I waited out the “5-7 days”. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!!

This place was awesome. I was visiting my in laws and my 6-month-old baby got sick. Made an appointment at 8:30am to come in at 9:30. Came in early at 9:15 and was out of there by 10. The nurse and nurse practitioner I saw were both kind and knowledgeable. Everything was very nice and clean. 10/10 experience for me.
