Had the best experience at the facility! The lady at the front was so patient with me- I was using a new insurance for the first time and was having complications- she made sure I had everything I needed! Marsha is her name I believe. She really was the greatest! Everything was sorted out, thankfully! After getting the insurance figured out my wait time to go to the room was only two minutes. The nurse was quick and to the point and I only had maybe a 5 minute wait for the doctor. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Just an amazing care facility. The receptionist was so kind and attentive, very knowledgeable of her job, being able to answer our questions. Andrew (the doctors assistant) was super informative and humorous, he was kind and gentle with my spouse. Last but not least the doctor responded quickly to the wheezing, ordered a breathing treatment, ran the necessary tests to diagnose the illness. We were there no more than an hour, when we did leave my baby was feeling 100 times better, in one hour. This will undoubtedly be the first place I take my family in an emergency.

Everyone was very polite and my son got seen very quickly. We both felt very comfortable with our visit and staff. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and they are on the list for in network Urgent Care facility. Not sure what some of these negative reviews are talking about. (1 yr ago)

Came back 3 weeks ago (11/17/21 to be exact) and I still got treated with the same respect and professionalism as before. I tested positive for Covid and the Dr and nurses took GREAT care of me. They checked on me of ten to make sure I was ok. Great facility, nurses and Drs!!!

Great experience! I went to get my ankle checked and they were very quick to get me in and checked. It was very clean and friendly environment. Dr. Katan was very nice and explained my situation very smoothly. Nurse Christina was very attentive and friendly. Rad Tech Ricardo was very gentle and patient with my while taking my X-rays and Sara at registration was very sweet and friendly. If I ever have an emergency this will definitely be the spot I’ll visit.

Great experience from everyone on the team! The sign in process was quick and clear, the gentleman who took our daughter's vitals was patient and always had a smile, and the Doctor could not have had a better bed side manor. On top of that we were able to get in on a Saturday last minute and walked away only spending $100 without having to use insurance. Thanks to everyone there that made the experience be as good as possible.

I have been to this location 2 times thus far and have NOTHING but positive things to say. I am a RN and I am particular about where I take my son and myself. My son was sick one Sunday night, and he is not a fan of doctor's offices, but they changed his perception of what a doctors office should be like. I also had to be seen a few weeks later and I had an great experience myself. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient as well as the care we received in the back office. They called a few days later to check on both of us and I have been meaning to sit down and write a review since then. If I could give 6 stars I would! 🙂

I’ve been to Code 3 ER & Urgent Care 5 times and I’ve received amazing care each time. I don’t have any complaints at all, they’re always very professional. They’re extremely knowledgeable and know exactly what to prescribe for your symptoms. I’ve been to the ER side 3 times(gastritis, kidney stone(twice)) and to the urgent care twice, both for sore throat(cold like symptoms). 4 out of the 5 times that I’ve gone, Andrew, has been the paramedic who attends me and let me say, he’s awesome! He has a “good hand” when it comes to taking vials and giving injections...I feel absolutely nothing and I am terrified of needles. Thank you to all of the staff for always taking great care of me.

This place is unique! We were there with our 2 year old with a fall last Saturday. We were so distraught, but every single person from the young lady at check in, to triage, Dr. Maynard, CT tech, RN were all so caring and comforting. My daughter was so happy to get a card today signed by them all with a happy face tattoo. I have no words to express how blessed we are to have this facility so close to home. Keep up the awesome care!
