Nobody wants to go to the ER but everything about our experience was great. From the moment I was greeted at the entrance, everyone was kind, compassionate & helpful. Dr. Roper was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything that was happening with my son & provided an extremely high level of care. All of the nurses were kind, thoughtful & empathetic. I hope we're not visiting the ER again soon but I know if we have to, the experience at Community will be a good one.

All staff were polite and friendly. No waiting. They were thorough and explained things well. Everyone made sure I had enough warm blankets and that I was comfortable.

They really are the best, specifically the emergency room! From the moment I walked into the ER and to the moment I left, they have been nothing but comforting and supportive. I deal with stomach issues(hopefully we are close to figuring out what's going on!) and it was just a bad night. Everyone had been extremely professional and I ended up going home feeling okay! I do recommend going to Community Hospital for any troubles you have, they will help as much as they can!

I had to leave work at 2am because of pain I had in my side I thought was kidney pain. To start my review, I was treated with respect and kindness emediatly by security with a welcoming smile and direction. The woman who did my CT scan was very kind & comforting. My Nurse was also amazing, He is a traveling nurse. He was very busy but still treated me with respect & kindness. He gave me his quality time taking the time to explain things to me (what, why and how). Making sure I understood the importance. I don't know if the Dr. & Staff at station outside my room were tired But I could hear everything staff were saying about me, they were soo rude and unprofessional! I haven't been to the hospital for myself since I had a surgery over a year and a half ago. And 3 years since I had been seen by my physician. I am not one to go to the Hospital for anything if I can help it. Not to mention my visit is out of pocket as I haven't met my $3,000. Deductible yet! I have been employed at my current job for over 3 years & was at my previous employment for over 6 years. I was not there for pain meds! I was genuinely worried it was something serious and I am a Married Mother of 6 children I have been worried it was something serious but did not have insurance to be seen before. Now that I have insurance this year I felt I needed to go because the pain had gotten worse and wasn't subsiding with Tylenol. Friends, Family & coworkers were telling me I needed to go to ER as well for my children's sake. So I ended up reluctantly going. Hoping for a shorter wait time than when I had taken my daughter to St.Mary's ER last year. (St. Mary's took long but we were literally treated with more than Kindness and respect!) I was seen fairly quickly at Community ER and it was very clean. Dr. Was very passive-aggressive! Staff at computer station outside my room were not good at all! They were condescending and dismissive. I couldn't wait to get out of there! I was like let me sign whatever just to leave this place. I left there and cried when I got to my car. I did leave there with some answers and more questions about my health. I am glad I went but also wish I wasn't treated like I was an inconvenience, or someone just seeking pain meds or like I was nothing. I was literally trying to figure out why or what they thought of me or tried to be understanding of their strenuous jobs and shift. Because I myself work 4 12 hour overnight shifts 7p-7a in healthcare weekly. But If their goal is to make people never go back? They are doing a great job! Because I pray I never have to go back there ever again. I give 3 stars for the 3 kind and respectful employees that made my visit better.

I’d go there again if it was under better circumstances. Stephanie and Laura did a good job on me. Can’t remember the doctor’s name but she was wonderful also. Oh yeah and there was Amy and Ben. Lots of fun.
