Happy holidays first of all and the team of nurses and doctors and stuff that I had during my experience there was completely amazing. Everyone had great communication with each other and with me and everybody stuck to their Hippocratic Oath for a change. I had been tried to get seen somewhere else and after 6 hours I with permission walked out and came to you guys and your doctor suspected a brain infarction been called my neurologist and she was wanting an MRI which we were not able to do at your facility so basically she pretty much saved my life, later that night in the middle of the night my husband ended up calling an ambulance which they took me to Good Samaritan and after more than 11 hours in the ER I did get admitted and was there for over a day in a hospital room that's not including the ER time which they confirmed the infarction and some more new lesions as well as a bunch of small vessel TIAs. As it turns out about a week and a half later tonight I am having another episode and all of my doctors want me to come back in so I will be seeing you guys again later and thank you very much for being a part of my wonderful care team. Well since posting this you guys have fixed everything and it's back to doing just wonderfully and my family and I certainly appreciate you ALL so much all of y'all

Everyone I met during my time ER was excellent. These are good people and I felt privileged to interact with them. I was treated entirely appropriately and I knew that they cared about me. I felt very comfortable entrusting my care to them. Thank you.

I had to visit this ER last week because of some chest pains. I can’t say enough good things about the staff that treated me. The nurses and the doctor were so kind and I really appreciated how thorough they were with tests. There also wasn’t any wait at all. Would highly recommend their emergency services.

Came in after I took a chunk out of one of my fingers. I was attended to almost immediately by the efficient, helpful, and pleasant staff. I learned that their is a material made out of cellulite or however you correctly say that. This was used to patch me up. Now, a week later, the chunk is filling in and there have been no issues. About as close as a pleasurable experience as one can have when going to the emergency room.

I was in terrible pain when I called the ED before coming in. The RN who answered the telephone was brusque and unhelpful but I was feeling desperate from the pain so I went to the ED. When I arrived I then found out that they couldn’t actually address my pain because I had driven myself to the ED and needed to be able to drive myself home safely. The RN wanted to give me a non-narcotic pain medicine. She jabbed my arm so violently that I screamed in pain and she stopped. Then I found out that she hadn’t completed the injection yet. There was absolutely no reason for the RN to be so brutal. Then she gave me the same shot in the buttocks and I felt nothing. I have received many injections, and infusions over the years and I never have experienced such a painful injection. A couple days later I received my Covid and Flu shots in the same location same arm and guess what, I barely noticed the shots. A skilled RN has no excuse for administering medication in such a painful manner. I would not go there again, certainly never on my own. I finally got a prescription but had to wait 4 hrs without any relief, until pharmacies opened. At one point when I was asking questions, the MD was sarcastic and told me that “I’m trying to answer your questions but you obviously aren’t listening”. I didn’t appreciate her disrespectful attitude.
If I had known that they couldn’t do anything to help my pain in real time, and that I would be treated so disrespectfully by the RN and the MD, I wouldn’t have gone to the ED. All in all, an ED to be avoided.

Didn't catch her name, but the woman with the blonde hair and a black streak in it was genuinely awful. My friend came in around 3:30 am with extreme abdominal pain to the point of shaking, teeth chattering, being almost unable to walk and hyperventilating, and the first thing she said to her was "you can sit properly in the chair" even though my friend said it was painful to sit up. Then, she proceeded to make rude comments about my friends inability to pee like "you're the only person in the world who can't pee 8 drops?" and when my friend said it hurt her to sit in the peeing position she didn't even wait until getting to the end of the hall before loudly telling other staff "she 'CAN'T' pee" as if my friend is making up the pain. Do you think any of us, especially someone in that level of pain, wants to be here longer than they have to be? I was in awe at the lack of empathy and the bully behavior from this woman. DO NOT come here, especially if you're going to be seen by her. The last thing people need when they're in enough pain to come to the ER is snide, mean comments. Mind you, we are still here and it's 6 in the morning. All of us are tired and my friend has been in constant pain for the entire time, AND having to deal with disrespectful and childish comments. The woman who did the ultrasound was amazing and was very patient and kind with my friend, and told her she was sorry she was in so much pain and had to be here. That's how you speak to patients. My friend was nothing but polite and cooperative.

CMC has an excellent emergency care facility. I've been admitted several times over the past few years. All the practitioners are well trained and responsive. The equipment is modern and in good shape. Highest ranking.

Well I was in so much pain five days after I went in to you guys. Dispatch Health came out and set a cast on me. Then they sent out their imaging to take X-rays. Although, the next day they called that there was no breaks or fractures… them putting my hand and arm in a cast relieved some of my pain and put support on that pain. It would have of helped if you guys would have gave me some support.
