We've been in the ER for 72 hours. The first 12 were rough and chaotic... but the doctors are knowledgeable and thorough. Although labs are still being analyzed, his condition is already improving with treatment. The nurses are skilled, kind, observant, and attentive. They anticipate our needs before we ask. The janitorial staff keeps the room fresh-smelling and clean even though it's crowded with fluids, machines, and wires. Lastly, the cafeteria offers the most delicious hot meals for an unbeatable price. I can't say I hope to be back, but if I must, I'm relieved to know I'll be in good hands.

Came in last week after having complications following a surgery! I was at risk of falling. Explain I was nauseous, my head was hurting and could not stand or walk, or sit due to the surgery site, and due to being nauseous.. they did not care and still did not allow my sister to come in with me. they made me sit on a regular plastic chair, despite me explaining where my surgery site was an that I had stitches. They had the ER set up outside in a tent. It was small, dirty unorganized, they were drawing blood in the same area where they were doing IVs, waiting room, etc.. They had everything cramped up in one little room. It was nasty unsafe and hazardous. I was more pissed at the fact that, I was the point of fainting and they did not allow my sister in with me.. I walked out and went to Clovis community

Edit: I gave it another shot today. It looks like the Saturday staff is way better. Security was kind, the Nurses was very polite. The doctor was slightly too physical on my neck, so it hurts more, but other than that, it actually wasn't too bad today. Guess the weekend staff actually know compassion...

My mom worked there, she was sent home because of complications from a stomach ulcer a while back, she was assured by people she wouldn't be fired, she was fired, she didn't even want to be sent home, so screw this place

They take care of you, they try their best to be promp even when they are busy, when we as patients aren't so patient. when we treat them bad, they are still always trying to be the best they can. when we have a bad day they try and turn our day around. was happy with their service, and thankful for the work they do.

Edit : I had a good experience. Dr. Ramirez & Dr. Wilson were helpful, and professional, and patient. I came in the morning and doctors diagnosed me with peritonsillar abscess & they were able to help me with my problem. It was my first time at this ER & the nurses were very helpful and compassionate with me and other patients. But while waiting to get discharged in the waiting room, one nurse called my name. After I went up to his desk, he told me that he had been calling my name numerous times, which I found very rude of him to say. I was recovering from the incisions I had just gone through and there was a lot of patients talking and dealing with their pain. There was a lot going around me, so that was just unnecessary of the nurse to tell me. About 4 or 5 hours later around noon, I was discharged. That's went it started to get full and busy. Also, I had overheard other patients saying they stayed overnight waiting for a bed. So if anyone expects a bed, you might be waiting a while.

On 4/11/24 my mom was taken into ER by ambulance from a local rehab center for a small procedure. The entire time she was in a hall and at one point place in what seemed to be a storage room, NO LIE!! after the procedure was done today from about 12 pm until now that I know if she she has been waiting for discharge in the hall again! I’m going to file a formal complaint with the hospital and with the insurance about this. If your lived one needs healthCARE avoid this place at all costs.
