I cannot express how wonderful this place is. The staff, from the receptionists to the doctors, are absolutely incredible. I believe I received the highest degree of care. They handled everything regarding my insurance without me needing to worry about a thing. They truly want the best for their patients and care so much about them. I was contacted after my visit and asked about how I was doing, and even received a handwritten letter in the mail thanking me for coming and wishing me the best in healing. I highly recommend this urgent care!! Thank you so much to everyone working here. You are truly making a hugely positive difference in people's lives during difficult times :] ❤️❤️

Dr. Commentates and Erin were absolutely amazing. I came in with chest pain and was seen within the first 10 min of being there. Fast and effective staff with vast amounts on knowledge. The x-ray tech was also awesome (I wish I got his name). Needless to say I’ll be back if I ever need it. WOW… I can’t believe how great of an experience that just was. Thank you guys so much for everything. I really appreciate you.

Dr Colmenares was very personable (he even told me to call him Gus) and knowledgeable, and the entire staff were all friendly. I felt at ease with my care and treatment there and I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend anyone to go here. I've never experienced such a nice and welcoming Urgent Care clinic before!!

The clinic is easy to find, very clean and my wait time was very short. While I hope to never again need an urgent care center, I am very happy to know that this place with these wonderful and knowledgeable and helpful caring people exists!

I can not say enough about the outstanding care I received from Dr. Miranda and the rest of the staff at this urgent care location!! I arrived, checked in at the front desk, was seen and treated inside ONE HOUR!!! I know that is not always the case in any urgent care practice, I got lucky there, but what I feel was not luck, but the result of a well run office and an amazing staff was the level of care I received. I arrived in incredible pain and not sure what was wrong...the intake nurse and then Dr. Miranda asked a lot of questions and performed an exam and diagnosed my illness very quickly. In addition, instead of just handing me a prescription, he actually treated me with medication before I left. By the time I got to the pharmacy to pick up my medications, the incredible pain I was having when I arrived at the urgent care office was almost gone! This is the only urgent care practice I will go to from now on and I have told many people about it already! Thank you Dr. Miranda and the rest of the staff at Complete Care for making my emergency care experience better than I could have ever imagined!

I wish I had gone here sooner. Dr. Miranda, his sweet nurse with the cool yellow hi-top sneaks, and the kind gentlemen at check-in, left me feeling SO at ease and better. I am struggling with severe brain fog, congestion, the worst malaise of my life, and a nasty cough. 2 prescriptions and a shot later, I am feeling SO much better. Thank you, Complete Care team. Front desk personnel, she is the sweetest. She does have the ability to do her job with flying colors. My RN is so compassionate and very thorough with his intake questions and very good attitude. He is compassionate. My doctor is very nice and kind. He is like the dad I wish I had. I highly recommend this place, they have a good team and a good thing going on.

Both of the doctors we have seen here had an excellent bedside manner with kids! They also went the extra mile to make sure both my son and I were comfortable throughout our visits while tests were being run. They brought us bottled water, a phone charger, and dug up three remotes so he could watch TV.

My wife and I have mixed emotions about this visit for my wife's perceived sinus infection that got worse. We had to fill out a wide variety of forms even though we've been there in the past relatively recently. After all the forms were filled out, we were seen quickly. The staff/nurse was friendly and thorough. We didn't realize that after 8:00 PM that our insurance wouldn't cover the visit. It was almost $500.00 out of pocket. When the doctor examined my wife, it was strongly suggested/required by the doctor on call to have a CAT scan for her later diagnosed a sinus infection because of her head pain. That procedure was also big bucks. We had to wait almost an hour for the diagnostic report of the CAT scan. The doctor then prescribed two drugs: a pain killer (Ibuprofen) and an antibiotic (AmoxiClav) and supposedly called both in to our pharmacy. The pharmacy never received the antibiotic prescription and we had to wait another hour for it to finally be filled. It was a three hour "adventure" that we don't want to repeat.
