I had such a great experience at Complete Care! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so cared for and valued. They got me in right away, which was such a relief, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I was especially impressed when they followed up with me afterwards to check how I was doing, and then went the extra mile by sending a thoughtful letter in the mail, wishing me well. I’ve never had a better experience at an urgent care. This will definitely be my go-to from now on, and I’ll recommend it to everyone I know! Thank you for taking such great care of your patients!

A friend recommended taking my father here. I ended up taking my father and husband. Excellent care, quick service and staff were so sweet and helpful. My father has Medicare and unfortunately Medicare no longer covers stand alone ERs. The doctor himself came out to explain our options so we could make an educated decision on whether or not to pay the out of pocket expense! The doctor! Not the staff! So if that doesn't say what kind of care you will receive, I don't know what will.

From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was welcoming, the facility was clean. Michelle greeted me right away and took my info, got on the phone with my insurance and verified my benefits. The nurse was great, very nice easy to talk to, and then there’s Dr. Lyons, AMAZING bedside manner, he was so great, listened to my concern. Overall a wonderful visit!

Great experience. Clear understanding at check in, person was kind and patient. The wait time was very reasonable, not long. Hand off from waiting room to nurse, to xray, to Doctor was nice, peaceful, not complicated, not confusing… doctor was thorough in her questions and communication. Felt cared for and valued.

Went in at around 8:30pm and was out by 9pm. Quick and easy walk in process, was able to get a discount on my visit and get a couple tests and find the issue. I had the flu. They gave me a couple quick injections to help with symptoms and prescribed me a few medications to help with symptoms for the days to come. Gave me a doctors note for work and I was out. So quick and easy. Really enjoyed being able to go and get check so late at night and so quick. Definitely recommend.

This is the best place ever!! Quick service, clean and comfortable office. Why wait 3hrs at other places when you can be seen here in 15 minutes!! Plus you are seen by an emergency trained MD not a Nurse Practitioner. With my complex medical issues this is the only place I'll go when I need 24/7 care.
