Best ER experience ever! I broke my arm & decided to go to Connally to avoid the long waits we have experienced in SA. From check in to discharge, they had my arm XRayed, set & splinted in under 2 hours. Everyone was professional & kind. My nurse, Alexis, was truly caring & explained everything in detail. Dr. Kester did a fantastic job straightening & casting my arm & was very informative & patient. They treated my pain & cared for me rapidly and expertly. They set me up with a follow up orthopedic surgeon promptly. It was definitely the best place to go in spite of a 30 minute drive because it takes hours to even get a room in every other ER in the city. Parking is convenient & free. This place is excellent! I hope to not need an ER again, but if I do I’ll only go to Connally Memorial Medical Center.

Seriously the best ER I have ever been to. My 10 year old son had his first Asthma Attack tonight. It scared me and it scared him. We came into the ER with my son really struggling to breathe. The admit desk person was amazing and was more worried about my sons well being than paperwork. The doctors were out by us to get him before I could even get my sons name and dob out. We went straight to the back. They started an IV and the doctor was calm and took time to explain everything to my scared 10 year old.

He received a steroid and a big dose of a breathing treatment. He finally calmed down. We took a chest x ray and saw results all within minutes. After he finished all his meds/treatments and it was time for us to head out they had our paperwork for us. The nice man at the admit desk looked us/our info up through the pharmacy name we gave the nurse. Way to go above and beyond!

I am so impressed with all the staff! As we were walking out the Dr even handed my son a popsicle to help soothe his throat from all the coughing.

Thank you! From a first time mom with a kid with an asthma attack.

The ER staff is incredible!!! My family member was brought in by EMS. The staff kept me in the loop every step of the way prior to my arrival. The doctors and staff were very personable, expedient, and thorough. They were all very pleasant and worked so well as a team, assisting one another. The atmosphere was pleasant and caring.

I waited for 3 hours, which I understand because I work in healthcare and they were busy and had a lot of patients. I felt like I was rushed out of the ER once seen because they were so busy. The doctor was young and did not order any labs or any diagnostic tests to see if there was something wrong with me. She literally walked in, listened to my lungs, palpated my neck, and sent me on my way. Now I have to go somewhere else because I went to moronville and wasted an entire day here. This is one of those places that tells you you’re fine and 9 months later you discover you have a tumor that if treated 9 months earlier you would have survived. I work in healthcare and it’s protocol to order labs for what my complaint was. None of that was done. Don’t go here if you think you have a serious problem.

When I walked in the place was empty. Not even a secretary or security guy. I stood there with my wife for a few minutes wile I looked inside every window and door for someone to help. After a few min and not a peep I walked back out and to the hospital Information desk and asked the lady where the emergency room was. She replied you just left it. So I asked for help it was 30 min more befor she saw a trioge nurse. It did nothing but get worse from here. After consulting with my lawyer he told me he would be happy to represent me in the lawsuit I'm filing.dont use this place unless your not scared to die.
