One of the best ER I've ever been to in the united states.
My husband was feeling super sick, I took him to Coppell ER around 2 AM, the care they provided was so amazing. starting with the front desk, to the nurse and doctor. Nurse Jessica, she was so patients and acted super fast to relive my husbands pain. I want to also thank Dr. Edalur's he was super kind and helpful as well. everyone was really kind and professional. I really recommend going here if you face any life emergency.

We had the best care experience at Coppell ER when my daughter unexpectedly hurt her arm. An ER visit with 3 kids can easily turn chaotic, but every one encountered was thoughtful and patient with our family. My daughter received excellent treatment by the care team and physician. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and I was kept updated routinely throughout our visit. We were seen almost immediately and never had to wait long for each step of care. I cannot say enough good things about Coppell ER. This place is absolutely amazing. My family and I use it as our go to ER. Since we've been going we haven't received any out of pocket cost. They bill your insurance and you don't play anything after that.
The lobby gives 5-star hotel and not an emergency room whatsoever. The staff we've encountered has been amazing each and every visit. I recommend this place if you're close to Coppell and need emergency care.
