They drug test you without you knowing, no problem I can pass. Except I had a false positive. Now I have it falsified in my records that I abuse drugs. I asked why I was tested and was told “well people lie about what they have in their system”. Never was I asked. Now according to Cox Branson I’m a druggie and a liar. Never even touched drugs that weren’t prescribed. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like you’re on drugs whether your sprained your ankle or have septic shock.

I went in and my glucose was 241. They did nothing. They drug tested me. Which I don't even smoke pot. They did not treat me. When they released me I still couldn't see straight, and was still very confused. Not sure what the deal is except there is literally no point of going to the ER in Branson

So Not gonna lie, I was nervous about coming here because of the bad reviews but it's the closest Hospital & ER to us. Had to bring my husband in, who was in a great deal of pain. The Reception staff could see my husband's pain and I saw concern on their faces. He was triaged shortly after and there, as he was being asked what was going on, a Doctor who was just working on Dictating Notes stopped and started examining my husband. Staff was immediately attentive. We go back to waiting. The RAD department staff came to grab my husband and she showed concern and compassion as they went for imaging. Once in a room, the Nurse that attended my husband, Chris, was patient, kind, positive, calm. In total there were 3 Doctors over the course of the 3 hours we were there, each Doctor was compassionate, patient, caring. Even the lady who came in for Registration was kind and compassionate. We got answers. Also when they asked us about our PCP, everyone knew our PCP and kept saying what a great guy he is and that he used to work there- including the doctors! Being that we are new patients of our PCP, it was really reassuring to hear from several others great things. In the ER, they have to prioritize patients according to the severity levels. I am grateful for how caring the staff members were and how attentive they were. A good experience that deserves recognition.

Great experience! We just had a baby that’s not even 2 days old we were sent home breast feeding with no problem supposedly from mercy. Called Cox ER at 1 am the same night because our baby was no longer wanting to latch and was getting extremely frustrated due to low production from his mom. They immediately jumped in and got formula for us with in 10 mins so we could make sure our little man was feed.

If you’re familiar with the story of the Israelites and how they wandered in the desert for 40 years….just brace yourself for a modern day reenactment at this emergency room! We were in MO visiting family and our daughter had a fever for several days. Brought here in at noon on a Monday. Didn’t get to talk to the doctor until after 10pm! 10+ hours of waiting! Absolute nightmare! Never again! We should have made the 6 hour round trip drive to Kansas City! It would have been faster. This hospital is the slowest and most understaff medical facility we’ve ever seen. Super disappointing!

My husband came by ambulance, because he legs came out from under neith him, and they have him in the waiting room Never epically when you come by ambulance from your job you'd been in a room an try to be comfort.. to figure out what's going on.

My 77 year old sister became suddenly ill on a weekend, so we went to the ER as she could not bare the pain until we could see her primary care physician. They were very caring and took all sorts of tests and sent her home with a prescription. Unfortunately, it didn't even touch the pain. Two days later we went back. My complaint is they made us wait for 3 hours, taking many, many others that came after us, to only tell her they couldn't do anything for her. They knew that from the beginning...why make us wait for 3 hours when it took 5 minutes to tell her they couldn't do anything. Luckily, we got an appt at her primary doctor the next day and within 30 minutes we had a diagnoses and a prescription that is helping immensely. We aren't people who run to the ER, ever; we were very disappointed in their choice of service and lack of diagnosis.

I warned them my wife has dangerous blood pressure when she is in pain and they still took 25 minutes to just check her blood preasure. There is a doctor right in the vitals area now, and he ordered tests while we wait for a room.
