Don't know what people are complaining about. The wait wasn't long. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Not only to me, but to everyone else that I could tell they interacted with. I'd recommend this place again. And the next time I'm sick in Dallas, this is where I'm coming.

This hospital is severely disappointing and falls far below acceptable standards. The doctors and staff seem indifferent, showing little care for their patients. It’s especially disheartening when I compare this to my experiences at UT, where the nurses and staff are dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic about their work.

The level of care and attention here appears to be influenced by the hospital’s location and the demographics of the surrounding area. This is sucks because minorities already face systemic challenges in accessing quality medical treatment.

The hospital itself reflects its neglect it’s outdated, unclean, and lacks modern equipment and interior updates. It feels like a low-budget facility that prioritizes cost cutting over patient care.

I sincerely hope this hospital makes improvements in both its infrastructure and its approach to patient care, the current state is unacceptable for any community. Do not go if you actually have employer based insurance .

If i could give this hospital zero stars I would !
First off I went in at 11 and walked at 4:30pm with no answer !
If I had another crisis i would never come back to this hospital. I had to wait for an ultrasound tech to come for 3 of those hours due to miscarriage symptoms and I walked out still not knowing nothing. I was to fed up , I had to tell the nurse that when your pregnant you can take Tylenol with paid while pregnant, NOW WHY SHE DIDNT KNOW THAT IDK!
THE DOCTOR JUST FELT MY STOMACH WHERE IT WAS HURTING AND JUST WALKED OUT I DIDNT SEE HIM NOT ONE TIME THE WHOLE TIME THE TIME I WAS BEING PATIENT! IM GOING TO METHODIST IF YOU NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY PLEASE DONT GO HERE ! ANOTHER THING IS WHEN I WALKED OUT I SEEN 9/10 NURSES STANDING IN THE PARKING LOT !! THIS PLAVE IS CARELESS

This place is hard to find. No suite numbers. This place must have been built in the 50s. Signs for out patient services are not lit. Hard to find in the dark if, you not from the area and know where you are going. People are not rude but receptionist stuck off in an unlit corner and not friedly. Looks as if the hospital was closed down and purchased by super 8 and reopened.

Sitting in their ER, sounds more like a social club than a hospital. Staff was very dismissive, and felt like they didn't care, didn't feel like he listened at all. Highly recommend going to Baylor in Waxahachie instead.

So me and my son were in the ER yesterday. Arrived at around 7pm or so. Everything was as expected when it comes to the waiting area (1st come 1st serve kinda thing). We finally get called by nurse Kim towards the back and the first thing I noticed was an attitude from her. Not just the tone in her voice but the woman was literally speaking to me as if I were a child myself. Cutting off my sentences when trying to answer questions, heck even attempted to make me feel wrong for giving her an incorrect answer when she didn't even specify which patient she was asking of. Apparently another employee noticed and came into the room to speak to me for her. Kudos to that woman! So we finally get placed into a "room" but once we were in there, it was the last time she spoke to us. We waited until almost 12am before we decided to leave the room. As we were walking out I heard people asking her why hadn't she come into the room to at least check on us. While this was going on, she was laughing and giggling, walking out a couple that checked in about a couple of hours after I did. I'm thankful I wasn't there for a major emergency, but either way, the way she treats patients isn't acceptable and I truly pray that she finds her happiness or there will be plenty more people going through that or even worse.

So I’ve been here a couple of times and I can tell that they’re definitely improving. Wait was maybe 10 minutes..probably less than that. Nurse were really good with my little one and the provider really took the time to explain things to me and to listen. Good job.

DO NOT COME to this ER if you can help it. They only keep 1 doctor staffed because they are privately owned and the OWNER is clearly cheap and only cares about the bottom line. Your staff is struggling and the patients are suffering. I know this review wont help but if you work here and put up with this, please find a job elsewhere. You deserve better ownership and management. Im not mad at any of the staff here because you are doing the best with what you have been given.
This is strictly for who ever is in control of the shipwreck of a setup. Dr. Weddel is fantastic and deserves backup because currently 11:05pm 7/24/2023. Im here with my mom and I feel horribly for the staff here that have to catch all the frustration when it isnt even their fault. They are busting their butts. DO BETTER because your team deserves better.
