Went in with a toddler who had bad abdominal pain and spiked a fever on a Saturday night while on vacation. The staff from the front desk, to the nurses, the Dr and the ultrasound tech who had come in on call were all friendly and attentive. The Dr had two theories to test and they did a great job of combining tests and timing them to not stress our toddler. Turned out strep throat can cause abdominal pain and we were out without any problems. A+ experience from all the staff. Thanks Dr Durgin, Amanda RN, and Destiny.

My adult daughter was there for a serious illness. The staff was rude and inconsiderate like it was to much trouble for them. However the Doctor was very nice and understanding. Will tell her to go Brainerd or Aitkin next time. She also had to wait 3 hours while people coming in after her were seen first.

The care is great, however, the billing department is awful. I’ve never had trouble dealing with insurance and providers until I had the displeasure of going here.

Was my first time using Cuyuna, we were at our cabin for the weekend. The women at the front desk admitting patients were extremely rude and inconsiderate. I was on the floor throbbing in pain and they treated me like I was an inconvenience to them. The nurse followed suit with the front desk staff and seemed to be annoyed by my presence. I never saw an MD like I was told I would and expected to, but the gentleman who acted as one was polite and seemed interested in giving me the best treatment. I’ve always heard good things about Cuyuna, but that was not my experience. I will drive the extra mileage next time to be treated with respect.

Came up north for 4th of Juky holiday weekend. Our toddler age son spiked a high fever our first night, he was not himself in the morning and has a history of ear infections so we took him in the next day, Saturday. The staff greated us very kindly and even got smiles from our sick son. The nurses were very professional and very helpful. PA diagnosed another ear infection and with the holiday weekend they helped us find the closest pharmacy to the cabin.

About a month ago they did a great job of stitching me up (33 stitches) and cleaning out my wounds. My follow ups at Mayo went great, they said the ER up there did a fantastic job. Thanks again.

Dear Ms. Peggy. My Issue with CRMC go much deeper then wrighting a review. This is my home, I was delivered by Dr. Nixon in the ol Miners hospital by the park. I dont' want to go elsewhere. my last appointment was disappointing, and disrespectful. I Didn't know who to talk to about it, I will call your work line, I'll leave brief msg, And my contact Info. you have all my info there, Dates, Tests, phone mesgs. I hope you can help. Thank you.
