Absolutely the worst Er I have ever been to. They do not care about their patients. I was informed to take a urine sample, but my urine sample was never collected or tested. I also stated that I was in pain and wasn’t treated. The nurse kept an iv in my arm for nothing. The doctor came in after I was handed my discharge papers stating mild anemia. He continues ignoring me. As I explained to him, I don't feel good. Please go else if you want to be treated like a patient and not a burden.

My wife needed assistance for her leg and this was the closes emergency department your house. The ER is 0-10 hands down the receptionist is insanely rude. The wait is insane with the nurses being on their phone while the waiting room is flooded with people. Oh but when we met Nurse AJ the paramedic, we were relieved!!!!! The prior nurse tried to get blood from her 3 times and failed but when AJ came in she got it on one stick! She made us feel safe and warm and asked if we needed anything. She has been the light of our visit and I really hope and pray she continues to be thee best nurse and exceed beyond her goals. Thank you AJ!!!!

There were quite a bit of people in the waiting room and it took me about an hour to be seen but once my nurse Joel came in he took care of me right away. He made sure to give me pain medication as soon as he could and helped explain step by step what’s happening and what the plan was to get rid of my fears. He also gave me 3 blankets which were all put in a dryer right before given to me. <3 Everyone that ran tests on me or anything were very sweet and respectful, especially when describing what they were doing.

Absolutely the worst er I have ever been to!!! Tan, the lady at the front who doesn't need a degree was so rude just because I asked a simple question.. go to children's hospital. It's worth the 15 minute drive from there. Worst hospital ever!!whoever is running this place should be fired for keeping people like this employed. And after reading other reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way

The hospital overall is ok, ED staff is all over the place which was concerning when it was only maybe 10 in the ER. Carol on the night shift needs to attend Customer Service, Concierge and etiquette training. I couldn’t believe how she overstepped one of the other ladies and threw her weight literally. I had just visited the labor and delivery the night before with no issues but today seemed to be a problem with only her. I am a strong believer in if the job isn’t for you anymore take a leave of absence to pull yourself together. But to be combative and loud is unnecessary. I would hate for the hospital to a true emergency or a full ED with her in the front. ED Registrar Management should really review her and as well the others in regards to ED rules across the board.

Waiting here while a family member is in surgery. To say this hospital is merely adequate may be a bit of an overstatement. It’s pretty run down looking, coffee is just bad, and the cafe is out of date, small, and unwelcoming. The food looked okay, but I didn’t try it. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and they are the reason for the two stars. I asked my wife not to ever bring me here—not even if it’s an emergency.

If I could I would not give this place any stars. This was the absolute worst experience I've had anywhere. The unproffessionism, rudeness, and lack of empathy/care by the staff here was unbelievable. If you asked a question no one knows1 the answer. I came in very scared, in horrible pain, looking for answers to what was going on with my health. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours along with just 3 other people. Then when I was finally brought to the back. I asked the nurse if I could possibly have something for my pain. He let me know that I would have to ask the doctor. Well 3.5 hours went by still no doctor, nurse said he didn't understand why the doctor hasn't came by, and still no relief from my pain, fear, or my health questions answered. After me being in the back for 4.5 hours. I asked if I was going to be seen anytime soon. Mind you there has only been only 2 other patient and myself. I was given nastly looks by the nurses and was told "I'm sure you will just can't tell you when." I am current still waiting to be seen by a doctor and I have now been here for 6 hours. In worse pain than when I first got here yet no relief. I will never come back to this hospital. This is completely ridiculous. I will also be telling everyone I know to stay as far away from this place as they can. Shame on you Dallas Regional Hospital!!!!

My mom was here she is in 80 non virbal they were very attentive to her every need everyone was kind caring. Great place if you require medical care.
