The overall ambiance of the restaurant is delightful, and the beautiful decor at the entrance drew me in. I must say their herbal duck leg truly stands out from other places. The rich, juicy texture offers an unforgettable treat for the taste buds, with every bite infused with the aroma of herbs.

The stir-fried vegetables are also exceptionally crunchy and refreshing, though slightly heavier in flavor compared to other spots. However, the herbal chicken was less impressive—the meat was on the dry side. I’d definitely recommend going for the duck instead!

I was thoroughly impressed! The Chinese food was beautiful, both in presentation and taste. The highlight of the meal was definitely the duck—it was absolutely to die for! Each bite was flavorful and tender, leaving me craving more.

One star less for the service because there’s a time limit for dining, likely due to the restaurant's popularity. While I understand the need to manage seating during busy times, it did make the experience feel a bit rushed.

Overall, if you’re looking for delicious Chinese cuisine, this place is a must-visit!

Had been dine-in since the longest time visit. After their renovation, now back to dine-in again.

Thks for the ducky & stock for ducky plates. The herbal duck meat was getting much better than last time. Had the crispy skin at the top with the gravy of the herbal sauce to mix with plain porridge. Best combo in the world 😋

Have always loved the food here. Especially their herbal roast duck. Crispy skin and juicy meat. It's very well-seasoned and bursting with flavor. Oh it's really good. I love it. The dishes are great as well but didn't order much this time because we had food before and actually just wanted to eat the duck 🙂 they offer kids meal as well which has a cute presentation which impresses kids. Very friendly staff.

Love the setting in vivo city which cater to a more small group (ie 2-4 person per table). Food quality is good, service is impeccable across any branches. Will dine here with my partner or friends again in the future.

Dian Xiao Er offers a truly enjoyable dining experience, perfect for sharing and savoring with friends. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, making it hard to pick a favorite! However, the egg with tomato, salted egg shrimp, and fried rice stood out as particularly memorable dishes—flavorful, well-prepared, and satisfying.

The pricing is mid-range, and given the quality of the food, it’s definitely worth every penny. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a flavorful Chinese meal with great company, Dian Xiao Er is an excellent choice!

We had the whole duck and didn’t expect it to be drenched in the sauce. Would have preferred it to be separated from the sauce as it was very salty for our family of 4. I find the rice pricy. Not value for money. Decided to pay a more for brown rice which turned out to be quite nice. We enjoyed the cereal prawns. Forget about the iberico pork char siew. Pricy and not to our liking. For the price, I have tried better versions.
