I just went because I had a motorcycle accident. I must say I LOVED IT. All the staff are excellent, super friendly and super professional. Today is Friday 2am (05/31/24) I don't remember their names but I hope they can know how important they were at this moment because I was very nervous and they definitely gave me the calm I needed. The doctor who first saw me and gave me the urine sample was very generous. The one who took my x-rays made me feel safe and we also had a nice conversation about what happened, that also made me relax a little. And the lady who helped with my injuries very well, taking care of me and how I felt with the pain, she did everything with a lot of patience! The lady who helped with the insurance took the time to listen to me and understand me and was a great help at the end of everything. All was excellent, I never felt judged by how I spoke, since my language is Spanish and I don't speak English perfect, even so I was able to express myself and we could understand each other all. I hope they can know this and I congratulate them! Thank you so much 🙏🏻🤍

The NOC shift staff is phenomenal. I have brought my mother and my sister in on numerous occasions and the staff have always been very helpful, kind and informative. Special Thanks to the RNs & NPs on NOC shift, you’ve been great!

Besides ER parking being a handful of spaces, they do not allow patients in ER to bring someone else with them. Not for interpreting purposes or additional support.
So much for "humanity" and human kindness

The clinical empathy here is top notch. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional and really kind. It was quick to get in and get help right away but seeing the doctor took some time, which is to be expected.

Broken chargers goes to show how much this hospital cares about their guest getting home . The Tesla in employee parking lot is having no issues… meanwhile these handles can’t even lock in place or even work for that matter

I never thought I would write a review about an emergency room until we met the Monday night team. From receptionist who checked us in , the vitals team, the 2 RNs that asked Qs with genuine concern,l and last the AMAZING XRay tech A that not only asked Qs but listened with compassion making my daughter feel amazing. It was the medicine she needed and a blessing that we went to Dignity 🙏 Thank You ❤️ Mom

This was my first time here. I was very worried and unsure of what to expect coming in here. I just wanted to say that my experience was a positive one due to 2 individuals who work here. Thanks to Alina my RN and to my Provider Debi. They both helped me and reassured me and made my time there very comfortable. They were both kind and knowledgeable. They treated me with such kindness. I was in and out of there in no time. Thank you guys for all you did for me.

They just doing there job if you come with a bad attitude what you thing they are not goin to smile to st...d people with bad attitude nurses are humen 2 ..... they did great job thanks doctors appreciate your time to take care of us....
