If you need an emergency room, do not come here! You will get more sick in the waiting watching other people die! This place is disgusting, poor training, not professional, dirty floors bathrooms and always packed! Staff needs more training, empathy and compassion.

Worst hospital ever. My face is swollen and they said that everything is normal and discharged me with no antibiotics. I've never had any issues anywhere else....lucky they got one star. They should give a rating of negative stars. Doctor's hospital is a joke. I see why they have bad ratings. I'll drive further to a different hospital if I hv to....but I refuse to ever step inside that hospital again. Y don't they just shut it down. It's horrible.

was there for 6+ hours just for them to tell me “everything’s okay but if the pain continues come back” and that was it. even if the pain were to continue i don’t feel comfortable going back.

the nurses are rude and have no sense of urgency for people who really need help and need to be seen. i saw people who got there before me and were still there when i left. i only saw one nurse go up to that same person the entire six hours i was there. don’t go here unless it’s absolutely necessary and you can’t go anywhere else, they don’t care about you or what’s wrong with you, they are only here to get payed

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my daughter 2 nights ago and we were there for 5 hours . They drew blood and x-rays, ekg was waiting for results I had my daughter pull up her portal for results and labs were critical. Noone was calling her back she got frustrated and we left. Next day she was brought in by ambulance. She called me while I was trying to get in to see her They had me waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. She said she was thirsty I told her ask for water she says they're ignoring her and just kept poking her for more blood. I made my way in there to find her only to see the medical staff standing around cracking jokes. This is a place your supposed to feel safe. Security was called on me I was treated like a criminal. I was forced to leave and was told that my daughter is a grown woman and she can make her own decisions. I'm a nurse and mother that was advocating for a very sick daughter. I was trying to get an ambulance to remove her and take her to another hospital that will tend to her. By far the worst hospital ever. Needs to be shut down by far the worse medical staff in the ER.

Hi good morning. I am writing this at 1207am while sitting in the ER. I bought my family member @1805 my registration was done at 1835. Since then we have ben called for lab work and covid test. My family member was told that we will wait for chest x-ray. Ask the lady in the EKG room twice I was told that the X-ray order was done at 2005. Also I was told that X-ray is behind. But are you guys serious it's 1211 am waiting for X-ray for four hours. Whats going one here. Patient come sick here and you wait in the ER for more then 6 hours but the X-ray is not done. Is this is a joke. We'll I will be getting a survey I will definitely update how my family was treated. This is so unfair. I woulder how come the Er Manger can't see the patient is pending for so long in the system. I don't understand with emergency case. But are you sure more then 4 hours for a Chest xray. Thank you ER manager for laying back and relaxing. Cheers 🍻 6PM TO 0130 AM AND STILL WAITING

It's my son he was in a car accident and his shoulder and neck were hurting bad,they took him back after 3 hours waiting,and then an hour later sent him and others back to lobby and they had no where to sit and he has bad edema and a fused foot and was very swollen and they didn't care,Wow,absolutely ridiculous, they use to be a good hospital!

Terrible service, wait for hours while nurses are hanging out on the quick care without doing anything, while they have a lot of paitients waiting for hours.. y had to Wait for 10 hour just for them to give my son some meds..
If I could give this place a 0 star I would but I cant...

Wouldn’t recommend coming here. I was there for 10 hours. And for 3 of those hours, it turned out they had actually forgotten about me. It wasn’t until I got up and asked about an update of how much longer I’d be waiting that they said they “had been looking for me”. Which they didn’t because I was literally sitting in the waiting area THE WHOLE TIME. And the lady at the front with the big, thick glasses, is extremely rude to EVERYONE.
