My dad has severely high blood pressure. It’s the first thing he tells people when he’s in a medical setting if they don’t already have it on file. This ER gave him something that RAISED his blood pressure and put him WELL above stroke level. If he had had a stroke, I would be contacting a lawyer. Do not bring anyone you care about here unless you want them to leave worse than they started.

My Dad fell and had many different complications - I think I met every specialized person there. The prompt treatment and contacts this hospital has, made it possible for him to be back home now. BUT, my primary take-away is the compassionate and caring staff. Not just the ER staff, but folks coming over from the main hospital. I've lived all over the U.S. and feel blessed to have these services and people.

Had outpatient surgery surgery last month, and experience could not have been better. Very knowledgeable staff, and personal attention could not have been better. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed, and would highly recommend to anyone. (was worth the drive from Abilene)

The doctor came in literally spent two minutes and didnt even examine the problem. Insulted me when I questioned taking the medicines he pushed on me and then said he had 8 other patients waiting... it isnt the patients fault the hospital is understaffed. I wouldn't go back to this hospital if I was dying. There is no excuse for poor patient care.
