Sadly, this hospital is not well-kept. The wait is too long due to shortage of staff. One doctor and a few nurses to meet the demands of the ER is unfathomable. I do not recommend anyone going to this hospital. The wait can be more than 2 hours if you get there at the wrong time of day.

Waited over 5 hours for Urine Test results only to be told they "lost" my pee. If I hadn't gone up to ask the nurses to check whats the hold up, I would've still been there waiting for another hour or even longer. Not acceptable. It wasn't even full in the ER to use that as an excuse. All we got was "we have other patients who have been here for 8 hours" and "we're short-staffed." Always the same excuses for why they can't do their job correctly. Asked a nurse around the 4 hour mark how much longer I had to wait and he said they were still studying the Urine sample but that obviously was a lie. Terrible experience.

Great staff. Bri, was an amazing, caring and effective nurse. She spoke to me with kindness while explaining the situation objectively. My family and I thank you. 🙏 . I also appreciate the doctor that spoke to me. I believe it was Dr. Batavia. Thank you again!

By far one of the worst emergency rooms I’ve ever been at. From security looking confused and lost too nurses and doctors behind the glass looking lost as well. When I was in the room waiting for a blood draw I had a someone come to my room three times but for another patient. Nobody was on the same page, my visit here literally reminded me going to the DMV. Walked into a moderate busy waiting room at 10:45am walked out at 5:00pm.

They took such amazing care of me and I was never ignored or pushed aside. I am extremely grateful they helped me out so quickly and with the best care. Considering it was my first time going to the ER alone, I would not have gone anywhere else.

I was here seeking care for my 18-year-old daughter, who had a serious problem of not being able to breathe, vomiting and dizziness. Afterwards, at night until after midnight we were at her Kaiser, letting only her in and losing 4 hours not to attend to her. Here the care was complete, from the moment of arrival and within a few hours, my daughter had no symptoms and she could eat, which she could not do for more than a day due to vomiting. I appreciate the kindness and making us feel that my daughter's health mattered.
