I had an outpatient surgery here and it and everything went smooth and the staff was amazing. I have had over a dozen surgeries over the years and this place is top notch.

From the start the staff was very helpful and supportive and the cohesion I saw within this group was amazing. They were all very attentive and super thorough with everything from beginning to end. Seemed like a great working environment in a very tough profession.

I had to travel over an hour for my procedure and it was well worth it! Thank you to everyone at the outpatient center!

This hospital almost took my life. I woke up after having a very very intense headache for 5 days and I had no feeling or movement in my whole left side. I had to be wheel chaired in because I absolutely could not walk. I get checked in and tell them everything that had been happening for the past 5 days. 10 minutes in to being there I completely pass out. Woke up to them cutting off my shirt and immediately asked what happened, they said I had lost consciousness.. my blood pressure was very low and since I was in my first trimester the assumed that's why I fainted. They took me back for an ultrasound and I was telling them my head hurt so very bad and they only gave me Benadryl and Tylenol, then proceeded to ask me how much change I would need to make .35 and I could not answer. They were getting ready to discharge me and the lady kept telling me if I want to go home I needed to put my shoes on and I could not because I had no mobility in my whole left side. They sent me home regardless with a pregnancy packet..and I still had to be wheeled out to my car.. I don't remember anything from the car ride home.. 4 days later I woke up at Stanford medical, they explained to me that I had a hemmoraghic stroke and my brain was covered in blood clots. I have 5 babies at home and I am so lucky to be alive. I will never ever step foot in this hospital again. I reside in Turlock and I will take myself and my children to Doctors medical. This hospital is an absolute joke putting peoples lives at risk.. they are lazy, rude and so unprofessional..come here at your own risk.

I had surgery done today. I had a great experience here at EMC, the staff was amazing which made my time and experience here wonderful. Shot out to the ladies in pre op Norma, Karla, Kimberley and Janet you ladies rock, thank you for the wonderful care. These ladies made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, they were attentive, caring and very communicative, I left this facility in good spirits. Thank you to the Staff in the OR you all were funny all I can remember is closing my eyes and going out to laughter. Not only did I have a great experience, my family members who were in the waiting room had a great experience and had wonderful things to say about the security guard there. Overall great experience with all staff starting from check in, thank you EMC you guys rock. 5⭐️

I had an unfortunate experience with Alexis E. at the front desk in the emergency room. When I first arrived, feeling faint and unwell, I took a seat in an empty area near the front. Alexis immediately raised her voice, telling me I wasn’t allowed to sit there and had to stand while waiting. I complied, not wanting to escalate the situation, despite feeling unsteady. When it was our turn, my mother explained that we didn’t speak English, and Alexis rolled her eyes. A kind gentleman nearby noticed her attitude and offered to help translate for us. However, Alexis became upset with him as well yelling at him as well ,telling him to sit down and stating, “You can’t translate for them.” This left us feeling uncomfortable and unsure of how to proceed.Eventually, she brought over an iPad for translation but placed it down with such force that it hit the plastic barrier, making us feel even more unwelcome. I found her behavior unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, especially in such a stressful situation. I wish our experience entering the ER had been handled with more compassion and respect.

I wish it had mines star. It is horrible place it better drive to Modesto. We was in at 6:30pm and waiting 50 minutes at triage room for see by provider then go wait at waiting room for hours. Full of staff but not working ones (just on their phones and joking). And I ask for some information but she was talking down me( nurse was very rude). Just go to other hospitals .left hospital close to midnight
I try it second time at 9:30 am .staffs are more friendly but you need whole day to get done from here. If I can have them negative as time it was mines 10 . The email they provided for first time is not working at all. It was my last time be seen here 2:05 pm and still here

They put me in a dirty chair with no sheet for protection and gave me a IV and withdrew blood in the dirty chair and had me in the chair despite back problems and other problems from 8pm to 5am. Despite open beds. The chair does not recline all the way I was hurting, they refused to call a supervisor. This happened in the ER.
