My 80 y.o. mother broke her shoulder and was admitted. The nursing staff, radiologist and doctor were great!! They assessed, concluded and treated effectively. The shortcomings were by the plebotonist who came to put in an I.V. and draw blood, who hardly realized there was already an I.V. and then left kits and biohazard on the instrument tray

Zachariah in the ER is the best- hands down. He had to place two IVs- one possibly because my husband moved too much, and he got both of them in first try. I want to say that in my 15 years with this man who is in and out of the hospital more than anyone, that has never happened.

My husband has the absolute worst time having an IV placed. They always have to use the ultrasound machine on him to find a spot and even then they miss.

We actually had to leave an urgent care last night with no answers after they tried both his arms, hand, and even neck.

We let this be known during admission at every step of the way and they brought in Zachariah as soon as we got back. He is amazing and will make an amazing end of life doctor one day- if that’s what he chooses to do, or anything he chooses to specialize in. Hats off.

They should actually get a zero. Avoid this ER AT ALL COSTS. They 1000 percent do surprise billing. We went in for a dog bite and were in there for maybe 15 mins saw the doctor for two of those mins. The nurse got the story wrong in the notes. They didn’t fix it. Just walking into the ER COST $3600 that is with insurance in network plus the extra costs. The smallest single use neosporin pack they gave me cost a whopping $15 single use packet!!! The doctor for a whole two mins of checking her arm cost $1000. With insurance. They are not in the business of helping anyone here. They are a bad bad hospital. Horrible. Outrageous. Avoid this ER!!!

My boyfriend just went there for extreme pain, he had an incident and his ribs hurt, he has a gash in his head, and the nurses were being EXTREMELY rude to him. The doctors was being even ruder, she started telling him what the real reason he came in for was and that she cousins help him while the nurse who helped him first was in the back laughing. They weren’t even willing to hear him out. And just kept giving him attitude. I personally feel as if it were a racial matter because he’s Hispanic and they were white. I’m a white women, and they weren’t even asking him questions directly they kept looking at me, and asking if I understood. I was not the patient.

I am not sure exactly what happened but tonight I tried to get ahold of a nurse from the ER and I’ve done it before…. Hospital operator tonight flat out denied me that! I needed to know if I need to come in only way to do that is they get history and have the nurse tell me whether or not I need to come in! I am definitely losing trust in the healthcare system cause I went thru a bunch of crap that made me not trust the health care system… I’ve been in and out of the ER since July I get told many things…knowing I that I have sinus bradycardia which is out of control and now ill have to stay home and tough it out… hope that I have nothing wrong with my kidneys as well!

I got bit by a dog and went in for treatment. I received a shot supposedly for tetanus. A few days later I got sick with Covid like symptoms. It got worse as the days went on. It felt like I was going to die. This went on for weeks. I was deathly ill, but I made it through. I definitely will not be going to any services associated with common spirit nor should you.

We came here via 911 June 6 with my husband, who had 104 temp and was nearly incoherent. He is 81 and had been on antibiotics for eight days for a UTI. The previous day we had to call 911 and were taken to another ER, which ran a urinalysis and sent us home with instructions to finish the antibiotics. The ER medical personnel
here St. Anthony’s were amazing. Within just a few minutes of our arrival, tests were ordered, his comfort, or lack of it, was addressed, and I knew what was
happening every step of the way. The St
Anthony’s North ER responded
quickly and professionally. My husband was admitted and he has received first rate care. The nurses are professional and so caring, and the doctors keep us informed. I have the highest confidence in this hospital and its
personnel. Thank you, St. Anthony’s.

Took 5 hours for my dad to get his open wound stitched up and another one on his head stapled shut. And didnt even get him pain meds once the other ones wore off.

He sat there suffereing.
Lile i get it theres most likely other severe patients but yall have enough people to have 1 damn person give pain medication to a person. It isnt rocket science.
