Some of the nurses were nice but something serious felt very off and very eerie about this place. Also when I got to my room that was supposedly clean this is what I found!

This place was the best! I made the right choice by going to this emergency room. The staff are so generous, informative, detailed, kind, gentle, knowledgeable, wonderful, awesome, incredible, thorough, patient, caring, compassionate, impeccable, humble, & impressive. Amanda & Peggy are the greatest ever! They did an outstanding & impeccable job with my care & with keeping me comfortable. I am definitely recommending this place to everyone who needs their service. This place really superseded my expectations tremendously! With them I am very well pleased. I received the highest level of care. Please check them out for yourself. Tell Amanda & Peggy I sent you.

My 4 years old is burning hot, was a bit disoriented and had a bit of a mild seizure episode and he was waiting for more than an hour in the waiting room. There’s only 1 patient waiting making it only 2 of them total and yet they’re having patients wait for more than an hour when it’s an emergency case. Elaine, the front desk is incredibly rude and also disrespectful. I asked respectfully how long would it take for my son to get seen because he is burning hot, and been having chills since this afternoon, and she was giving me different responses and telling me to ask my son. My son is only 4 years old. She’s wanting me to ask my son how long will he have to wait to get seen? Doesn’t make any sense!

If I could give a 0 I would. The nursing staff was amazing super nice and welcoming! However Dr. English was very unwelcoming and seemed like he didn’t want to even do his job and check me out!

He didn’t check my breathing, ears or anything and diagnosed me with bronchitis which was a misdiagnosis. I have a fever of 100.7 and he sent me on my way with a note to go back to work the next day.

I went to a different urgent care today because I woke up again with another fever and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The Doctor told me there was no way I would be able to go to work under these circumstances. She checked my breathing, ears, and explained her concern for my fever. Dr. English acted as if he could care less about my symptoms. I use to come to this urgent care all the time but never again!

These are peoples lives and health y'all have got to do better!!

If I could give zero I would. My father is the owner and chairman of this chain of hospitals and I can tell you, he does not care anything for anyone, but his ego. He told me he has a laser to remove a tattoo and did this to my arm. It took almost 2 years to completely heal and it hurts every day. Apparently the laser he used was for the removal of hemorrhoids and moles. I was told no jury would believe a doctor would do this to his son and I couldn’t receive justice. The healthcare in America has got to change and there are so many doctors that are pure evil.

This place deserves no stars! My husband went in with chest pain and felt a lot pressure. We were sitting in the waiting area for about an hour and a half maybe two. From what my RN friends have told me, when someone has chest pains they need to perform an EKG ASAP, and they did not. My husband could have been having a heart attack and just because the receptionist did not say anything to them about his chest pain, they did not perform his EKG until we were taken to the room. The first doctor seemed too sleepy to even try to talk, he just asked if he was still having pain and that we had to wait on the blood results. The second doctor didn't even come and introduce himself he just said his blood work looked good and EKG too and when my husband asked why he thinks the reason for the pains were, he aggressively answered "we're not too sure, if you want to I will keep you over night and you can see a cardiologist tomorrow". I told him we're leaving this scary place! The only person that showed they actually cared and was helpful was the RN, Norma. Thank you for that! We will NEVER go to this place again. It needs to be closed down!

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. they don’t even check you out for real. they told me everything was fine meanwhile im having a sharp pain in my side crying & everything. the doctors we’re only talking and not doing anything. The white old doctor was being funny about what was wrong with me because I was trying to see if a shot was necessary and he gone say well I don’t know I’m not in any pain and if you don’t get the shot it’s not gone hurt my feelings. I’m genuinely in pain just trying to see what’s going to help me and he was being funny

This place deserves 0 stars wow i visited the facility Oct,27 and it was a horrible experience down from the receptionist to the medical staff i was waiting in the lobby for a hour and 42 minutes i asked for pain medication & also assistance from the doctor or nurse i was told by lisa that they are not going to come out to see what i needed she was highly rude sarcastic and blatantly disrespectful with no care in the world about the well being of the patients it was another patient that was a child with a broken arm that was waiting the same amount of time i was which is ridiculous!!! I came in for pregnancy pain she told me i was not urgent that others come first a young lady walked in with problems of chest congestion and was took straight to the back my situation was funny to lisa she then goes to the back and grab a lady w a pink shirt to come assist me and her words were “what is do you need “ screaming at me i said to her maam please do not approach me in such manner she immediately went in got security as if i was causing a problem which i wasnt i also asked lisa for a manager contact she gave me a phone number she knew wouldn’t work and laughed this place has a very bad rating not only from me but others also see it this is ridiculous!! It needs to be shut down no one here wants to do their job and help patients!!!
