DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE... 10/20/24 11 pm... Reported me to CPS on a 17-year-old Abdominal pain discomfort... I was appalled by how they focused more on, Insurance or not, paperwork than his reasoning of pain there. I 1st asked if they provided Ultrasounds and I was told NO, but they can contract someone but it takes about 2 hours depending on what they see. After about 1hr later, with just 2 blood tubes and a CatScan, I was told, they were arranging medical ambulance transport to somewhere for the removal of the appendix. I immediately said, I'm sorry but I will have to weigh out my options of what doctors are where and where I'm taking him to, with the opinions of his mother first. Keep in mind no fever, no vomiting, no nausea, no sweating, etc... At that time, Unprofessional Berry stated she didn't know why I wasn't taking her offer. I restated the reasons why and informed her I wanted a 2nd professional opinion with more advanced testing in a higher-graded facility. She then stated that her counter partner at TCH was already ready and this could be my 2nd opinion as well. Again I was appalled by her pressure and did not understand my reasons weren't being understood. At this time she stated, she was going to call CPS on me because I was leaving. I then at this point requested my paperwork and headed to the care of my son at another facility without hesitation... Of course, around noon the next day, while with my son's surgeon and nurses during his operation, I got a call from CPS informing me they wanted to talk... Wow! UNPROFESSIONAL BERRY, got her feelings hurt because we didn't use her services and she oppressed her power... Who knows how many other people she has harassed and intimated before me... Not all of these fly-by-night clinics are out to help or care for their patients...

Never coming here again. Did not accommodate my sisters request. Nurse who did EKG. Very unprofessional. Telling my sister “You’re acting like a virgin”. And decided to ask her during placing EKG on her chest if she had any kids. Other nurse didn’t understand patient concerns. I’ll be reporting both of you. Never coming back. Don’t recommend this place.

Went in today for A painful Abscess Dr Austin Orette. Did not handle me with care did not prescribe me with an antibiotic or a Pain med after he Cut my abscess open and I felt everything. He wouldn’t give me nothing by mouth before he cut my abscess open.i felt the cut,the burn, the digging and he did not make sure I was comfortable. He pretty much gave me the attitude to handle the pain . He even stated the numb medicine may not work all the way because my abscess is quite big. Dr Orette didn’t try alternatives or anything to make sure I didn’t feel the pain . I felt so violated laying there crying in pain while the wonderful nurse let me hold and squeeze her hand as well . I went to the Er with a Pain level 10 I left the ER with pain level pass 10.

I wished I could give a negative star rating.....You people are a freaking joke! My 74 year old mother came there yesterday to confirm a UTI after the home test confirmed it was positive! The doctor told my mother NOTHING was wrong after bloodwork tests and a UA test! She suffered through the night and knew they were wrong! So today I took her to a different ER, and they confirmed it was in fact a UTI and gave her a poweful antibiotic shot to get it gone! Y'all should never be allowed to treat any human being EVER! IDIOTS! Y'all will be hearing from my attorney! I really hope y'all get shut down, plus I saw there have been a few people die at your facility! That is sad!

This place is the best !! Very professional !! l was in and out in less than 2 Hours !! 😃😃😁. The staff were all very kind and caring .Best ER I have ever been to. They accept all kinds of insurance. If you need medical help go their you will see.they are the BEST !!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful, awful place. Poor social distancing protocol and extremely rude, unprofessional staff members. Waited there for four straight hours after taking a covid and strep test and I didn’t get any results, antibiotics, NOTHING. I was told I needed to wait for the “doctor” to get my results, so I left. When I got home I attempted to call to get my results and was told off by the rude lady at the front desk. I have STILL not received any diagnosis. Never, ever waste your time here unless you’re the type of person who enjoys sitting and staring at the walls for hours. No wonder somebody died of neglect in this emergency room; these people would rather let you suffer than help you.
