experience was ok. Friendly staff but i went in on the Wednesday and had blood tests suggestive of a kidney infection. no one bothered to call to tell me the results/prescribe medication so im in pain now for no reason and its the weekend so ill have to wait even longer to get treated. Also i had to tell the nurse to come take the iv drip out after 3 hours of waiting she was just staring at pics on facebook.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I went in tonight with a broken wrist and I got checked in, my vitals taken, and x-rays all within 10-15 minutes of walking through security. The doctors and nurses were so nice and helpful and worked very quickly to keep me comfortable. I highly recommend!

I always have a good experience here. I been going to Jeff since I was 18 years old I say this a lot if I can’t come to Jeff don’t take me anywhere. The level of care and compassion these Registered nurses, Technicians and Doctors give you is top notch. They don’t get recognized enough. Anytime I have any emergencies I will only come to Jefferson. Big thanks for taking care of me

This emergency room is a mess! The entire process is untimely and there needs to be a separate area to address the homeless and addict population, who are only there for a free meal. Patients have extended wait times after the initial screenings, which is useless. Also, the emergency room is filthy. I didn’t feel comfortable even sitting in the lobby. I hope to never visit this emergency room
again. I was there with a senior citizen and we were there from 9:30pm- 3:30am without seeing another doctor and left at that point.

Yesterday I went in for chest pain that had been lingering around for about a week. It was extremely busy and many people were actually asked to leave for being combative with the front desk nurses. The team handled everything in stride and the manager came out to explain why the wait time was so extensive. I got there at 6pm and was officially discharged at 11pm. I had chest X-rays, blood work, ecg - it was worth the wait to me. I want to especially shout-out Dr. London! He was SO nice, like he should honestly work in primary care because I'd definitely go see him - but I'm glad he's in the ER to spread his positive energy in a place that probably needs it the most. 4 stars out of 5 because of the wait other than that - I got everything I needed!

I went to the emergency room here today and I must say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had when it comes to hospitals especially emergency rooms. The two nurses I had were both respectful and knowledgeable but the doctor, Dr. Adam Schefkind did his job flawlessly and helped me with an on going illness better and more efficient than any of the dozen or so doctors I've dealt with in the past year. BRAVO GUYS.

the worst service I've ever had after they brought me by ambulance from another clinic they threw me like a dog on a stretcher and from 8 in the morning they told me that it would happen to me. to a room that was not like that. They offered me neither food nor water since morning without thinking that you don't even have anything to bathe or anything since I had not done it for two days since they have me from an emergency to an emergency but in short, a lot of lack of humanity.

Absolutely horrible I was only in the waiting area and I saw how unprofessional and ignorant the security and staff was extremely inappropriate behavior... laughing in the face of someone who is in pain and in need of medical attention this place absolutely sucks these ppl have no compassion AT ALL
