We took our daughter to the ER after a fall, and Dr. Cooper provided exceptional care. She performed the suturing with great precision and ensured our daughter was comfortable throughout the process. The nurses were also very kind and attentive, making the entire experience much easier. Overall, the whole team was professional and compassionate. We are very grateful for the excellent care we received.

Having had a recent visit to the ER that ended up with the terrible news that my brother has brain cancer I just wanted to give the ER team an excellent review. From his wonderful and kind nurse, John Jones, and his doctors, William Frye and Niklas Eriksson, thank you. The care and comfort for my brother was evident. Their loving concern for ME having received such distressing news brought me comfort and I thank them all. Waiting to airlift my brother, he had a second nurse relieving John from his 12 hour shift (he never wavered even at the end of his grueling shift), her name was Anna. She too was amazing. Thank you to the ER team. You were superb. My brother is in UCSF having just received the news that his cancer is inoperable. It is unknown at this time what to expect. Or what treatment he will choose. Again thank you Marian ER🙏❤️

My husband was brought in by ambulance for an allergic response. Dr Cooper had already been in to see him by the time I arrived, less than 10 minutes later. Once the situation was deemed stable, he was moved to a different ER room, where transfer of communication between nurses (Kristine and Maria) was very smooth and clear. Bedside manner and keeping us informed as to what was going on was wonderful. Unfortunately not our first visit to the ER in the past year, but definitely one of the better experiences!

I was treated very well during my recent visit to the ER at Marian. I was in severe pain, and they were very attentive and professional. Doctor Caroline and Nurse Maria improved my challenging experience with compassion and attentiveness. Medical care is complex, they definitely rose to the occasion.

Came in around 1am on Tuesday and there wasn’t too long of a wait to get in and treated.

Although we were there for much longer than anticipated, you can tell that the nurses and doctors try to be very thorough with their tests and diagnostics to make sure I was healthy and ok to go home. Everyone made sure to explain everything to us concerning my situation. My nurses, Siena and Maria, were extremely kind and caring the entire time.

After 7.5 hours of waiting in the ER today my spouse (Hobberlin) was seen to remove a drain from a previous surgery. The highlight was Maria the ER attendant was super friendly and positive which was very much welcomed. She’s a keeper. The downside was 7.5 hours in the ER is a big NO… and his attending physician Dr. Erickkson was either having a bad day, or his “beside - human” manner was very poor. Had some questions for him and he ignored them and never smiled or had nothing productive to tell my spouse. Did not answer our post discharge questions and left without us having any knowledge of post care.
